Nice place for a getaway

Hot tub didn't work while i was there but other than that it's a nice house. It was stocked with everything you need.

Great Stay

Great place to stay and accommodated our family well. The 3 levels were a little tricky with an 18 month old who can’t use stairs safely yet but we managed. Overall it was very clean. There were a couple of spots in master bathroom which had long hairs left behind that were definitely not ours. Check in was easy but 5pm felt very late compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed in, especially when check out was at 10am.

Great house for 2 families with kids!

We enjoyed this house with some friends of ours…each family was 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was well maintained and well appointed, and worked great for all of us! The kids (and kids at heart)really enjoyed the football table. Our only (minor) complaint was that the mattresses in the bunk room and downstairs master could use an upgrade. Overall great stay though!

Sunriver

Was beautiful enjoyed the space and use of bikes. The rail on the deck is coming apart seems very dangerous. Other than that property was perfect. The extra added fees of vrbo are way too much 2200 for basically 3 days is ridiculous we had to keep our reservation because of baseball tournament but unfortunately will never book again through vrbo just not worth the money. Did enjoy the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the house and would definitely look into staying here again! Not a huge house, but broken up well enough that everyone has their privacy when staying in a group. Only downside was not reading very close on the description and didn't bring our own towels for the hot tub. Luckily, our group was small, so there were extra towels and we could do laundry.

Ok house just lots of problems

Ok house just some frustrating things kept happening! First night went to use our hot tub and got stung by wasps so didn’t use it. Called and they sprayed a nest. Next day my daughter went down to use it after they sprayed and got stung by again. My husband went and bought stuff to spray too and property management again. Overall my daughter has never been stung by a bee but got stung 2 times and my son got stung once all different days. I went to take off cover of hot tub and the water was burning my legs but controls of hot tub didn’t work the whole time we were there. A guy came randomly to check and he freaked out because why was the water 115*. We were like we haven’t been able to use it because of bees and being too hot. It was just super frustrating to not be able to use it because we pick a house with a hot tub. The 2nd thing that kept happening is the fire alarm would random go off in middle of the night. First night it happened twice and my husband went and found a ladder and took it down and hid it in the couch cushions. He checked everywhere and all windows were closed and nothing was burning. The 2nd night did the same thing so the remainder of the trip we had the fire alarm in couch cushion so we could try and get some sleep. Management company were usually super quick at replying but most of the things happened when they were closed. They did give us a little discount from the troubles, not enough in my opinion but it helped.Liked the house but wouldn’t go BacK

Nice but house needs work!

Good location in a quiet cul de sac if you don't want to be near Village or Sharc. Layout and size of house was very good as well. Washer broke first day, no ice maker, front porch and deck had squeaky boards and very dirty, dishwasher was very ineffective, smoke alarm went off every time we cooked, downstairs king bed and pullout were extremely uncomfortable, front window fell out when we tried to open it while cooking, ping pong table broken. If all of this was fixed the house would be great!

Spacious place for group of 6.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this location. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor grill.

Excellent stay in Sunriver

I was a little nervous going into our vacation that the house was going to be a little more "rustic" than we were hoping for, but those fears were definitely unfounded. The house was a lovely place to stay.

Nice Family Vacation

The home is spacious and has everything you need. There are two family rooms, so parents and kids can each enjoy TV time. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub and bikes were great and we used then everyday. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway with the family!

Working Getaway

We wanted a change of scenery for a couple days while we work and school remotely. Our big priorities were a hot tub and bikes for use. They had like 5 adult bikes (3 beach cruiser types and two mountain bikes) and 3 or 4 kid bikes from training wheel size up to 5th grader range and a little scooter and various helmets. Plenty of towels and blankets for use.

Trouble free and suitable

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving. We brought everything so we didn't need to see anyone or go to a store. House was nice, only problems were: no place to put food or provisions in the well stocked kitchen. Maybe combine and sort and clear out two cabinets? Only other small issue was no hatchet or axe to burn the large pieces of fire wood. There was no kindling or smaller wood either. Otherwise we were all set and super happy. Oh, the downstairs lounge needs a space heater too. Great selection of bikes.

A Lovely Getaway

House was well stocked for our 5 night stay. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean! Bring your own ice...refrigerator does not make ice...except in 2 trays. BBQ worked well, hot tub was nice. Wood burning fireplace was cozy. Could stand a bit of an update, but all in all, we had a great stay!

We had no issues with this house. We even had enough hot water for all of us to shower each day. I would highly recommend this house for your home away from home.

We were able to start our xc skiing on the property walkways just a block from the house. [PS - could you leave a skiing strip on the walkways when you plow them?) Need to pay attention to the gutter over the front door. It was jammed with pine straw and overflowed ice onto the steps.
