This spacious, reverse living home is situated near Fort Rock Park. The upper level great room features a cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen or take your meal outside to grill on the gas bbq. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and is the perfect hangout spot to keep the chef in the kitchen company.

On this upper level you'll find the primary king bedroom suite with gas fireplace and private attached bathroom. There is also a half guest bathroom on this level.

Head downstairs to find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room and two full bathrooms.

Soak in the hot tub after a day of fun in Central Oregon. Situated with other homes on the same street, this would pair beautifully for a family reunion and is nicely situated near Fort Rock Park. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. 

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Fun long weekend

We had a great visit here. The house was really nice and clean and very well equipped in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables and the bikes in the garage. The layout was great with two master suites and worked very well for our two families. I would stay here again and highly recommend. We love Sunriver!

A great girls getaway.

There was a lot of room for our entire party of eight senior ladies, that graduated high school together 47 years ago. but at the same time, there were plenty of cozy spots to just curl up and talk. There were plenty of places to eat, shop, etc.. the house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Lots of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable too.

A home away from home.

It was a clean and well maintained house. Our only difficulties were the hard mattresses. They made rest a challenge as it was uncomfortable. Everyone in the house had the same experience.

Despite the smoke

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Quiet and quaint street. Close to all that we wanted to enjoy, especially the river and tennis courts. Because of the neighboring wildfires we had smoke days that kept us locked indoors and because of the heat we were definitely uncomfortable with no AC. But, Bennington was responsive to our needs and requests for a portable AC unit. They gave us great activity ideas and alternatives to the Sharc, such as lakes etc. Overall they deserve all the stars.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, great location walking distance to Fort Rick Park. This house had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable and was exactly as advertised. Just a few notes:. This house would be perfect to rent during the cooler months. It has no AC and is really difficult to cool down. Granted we did stay during the hottest time of the year but after it was cooler outside and we opened the windows and turned on the fans it still took most of the night to make the house a comfortable temperature, I'm guessing because of the big high ceilings. I would definitely stay at this house again but not during the summer. Only other thing would be that the outside deck railing needs to be replaced. It's rotting and unstable. I would be scared to have young children running around out there for fear that it would fall.

Great location

This is a terrific, well maintained home in Sunriver. Extremely high temperatures made the lack of A/C a factor. Blinds on the rake windows would help, but this was not a typical weather event for the area. Easy access to park, shopping and recreation areas. SHARC passes would be a real plus.

Family trip

The house was very pretty and clean, with a large open sunny family room/ kitchen. It was perfect for hanging out as well as cooking. Well appointed kitchen, generous supply of towels, pillows, very comfy beds. Large deck with several dining tables and lounge chairs. We took advantage of the bikes available, ping pong and foozball. We would definitely rent again. Thank you!

This house was a great venue for our girls weekend away. Plenty of comfy beds for each of us. The open concept in the living room, dining room, & kitchen made for a wonderful, comfy, and convenient hang out area. The hot tub was relaxing and the bikes and ping-pong table made for a lot of fun!

A wonderful Sunriver home, close to Fort Rock Park

We spent a full week at 33 Tan Oak with our 3 kids and my husband’s parents. House easily accommodated all 7 of us. The home is quite nice and comfortable and the kitchen is very well supplied with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. — this was important to us because we cooked in a lot! We were close enough to Fort Rock Park that our older kids could hop on bikes and ride over for a quick game of basketball. One thing to be aware of is that the TVs didn’t have Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. This was initially a disappointment, but to be honest it actually was so much better bc we ended up playing lots of family games instead of watching movies. I would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful family ski vacation

Perfect for a winter getaway to ski Bachelor. Plenty of space for our family of 4, very well equipped kitchen and nice sized private hot tub. Great garage for all our gear.
