On private land of 225m², with large terrace.
6 to 8 beds (3 to 4 in the caravan, 4 in the mobile home)
Close to many shops (Hyper U, Lidl, Rochelongue mall with many "beach" shops ...) and Cap d'Agde. Everything is within a 5 km radius.
The ground is closed, you have the caravan, the mobile home and the permanent building.

1 bedroom with 140 bed and cupboard
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and closet
1 bathroom: shower cabin + sink
1 independent WC.
1 living room / kitchen: table, chairs, bench, fridge, microwave, 4-burner gas hob,
sink, kitchen utensils, dishes…
Fan and air cooler.

1 CARAVAN: 3 to 4 beds with fan.

1 ROOM in hard: shower, sink, independent WC and large fridge / freezer.

1 LARGE TERRACE (40m²): 2 garden tables, 10 chairs, permanent barbecue, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, shade sail, parasol (in addition to the 2 mulberry trees and plane trees) and a few lounge chairs.

We are sorry but groups of "young people" are not accepted.

Tolle Familienferien ganz nah am Meer

Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie (4 Kinder im Alter von 7 bis 15 Jahren) 10 sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sauber und nicht überfüllt. Es war mässig heiss, und die Unterkunft ist für Hitze gut ausgerüstet (zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren und andere Kühlgeräte). Der schattige Vorhof ist super, wir haben immer draussen gegessen (abends sind Insekten-Repellentien allerdings wichtig). Der Gastgeber hat uns im Auto am Bahnhof abgeholt (wir sind per ÖV angereist) und war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich - und hat uns sogar 2 Flaschen Wein in den Kühlschrank gestellt :-). Kurzum - empfehlenswert!

Agréable propriété idéalement située entre le cap d'Agde et le grau d'Agde à 5 minutes à pied des plages et à proximité des commerces, activités et de l'ile aux loisirs. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bons conseils. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Unkompliziert, familienfreundlich, sehr gute Lage

Wir waren sehr angetan von Agde und seiner Umgebung. Das Meer ist herrlich und wirklich nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das Ferienhaus selbst war für unsere Groß-Familie sehr gut geeignet, der Umgang mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und kooperativ. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
