The house had plenty of bedrooms for the whole family. The home is in need of a little tlc (biggest issue was water heater for 2 of the bathrooms didn’t work - quick maintenance response but weren’t able to repair during our stay. Location is great!

The cabin had ample space for a multi-generational family. There were several spaces where people could gather (kitchen, sitting areas), and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The cabin was conveniently located for excursions in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area.

Perfect bedroom/bathroom accomodations, especially the 2-twin beds room for the younger cousins. Small living room but nice sized open kitchen and dining area to gather and laugh. Rainy weekend worked in our favor since no yard to play in.

The house was very clean and presentable. Felt welcomed. Did wish for more outside seating but not something that would stop me from returning g. One day did have to call 3 times for garbage pick up. All in all we had a great time and would return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Sevierville for a Wedding. The bridesmaids stayed in one of the large cabins in the resort, while the bride and groom stayed in a smaller one. The accommodations were great, proximity to each other was just right, and we just had a had a great all around experience. Eden Crest was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we found the price to be very competitive.

House Needs Attention

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The layout of house worked reasonably well for our family. Location to attractions was within easy driving distance. Dollywood is very close. There was parking for 3 vehicles close to house. Kitchen was moderately well stocked although it would have been nice to have some plastic bowls, cups and plates for children. Family room on main level smelled of urine. It seemed the area rug and possibly the couch needed sanitizing. At our request, management took away rug and gave us a cover for couch. The exterior steps are in disrepair and unsafe. They really need replacement. .

Great stay, but replace LR sofa asap. Provides zero comfort

Overall, we enjoyed this stay. All the married couples had a private bedroom with attached full bath or one in their proximity if the house. The kids shared the bunk room and the sleeper sofas. The property we made work and all of our needs were met. On our first night,Travis came right away to address an issue. If I had to pick one thing. the living room sleeper sofa needs to go. The sofa is really not even suitable for anyone’s comfort. It’s time to retire this sofa.
