The house is 50 metres away from the wonderful and large beach of Foxi Manna. The property enjoys an exceptionally private location. A large deck terrace overlooking the Tyrrenian sea for unforgettable moments, equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor lounge space with television.
Completely renovated in 2012, our house has all modern comforts (air conditioning, interior kitchen, Wi-Fi access, a flat-screen TV, and much more) while it retained its original character.
You will feel totally at home. Moreover, once the gate opened, you will walk 30 seconds to reach the beach - a rare and unique place away from mass tourism.
Our housekeeper on site will answer all your requests and help you organize your stay. You will find supermarkets a few kilometers away and several charming restaurants serving a simple and efficient cuisine.
NEW NEW NEW : Private Swimmingpool, heatable, 6 x 3.50m, with a beautiful view on the sea, directly on the terrace in front of the house. Ready April 2023

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage

Die Begrüßung durch Chiara war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Das Haus ist direkt am schönen Strand von Foximana gelegen. Das Wasser dort ist herrlich. Es fällt sehr flach ab und ist daher ideal für Kinder.

Idyllic on the beach

Fantastic stay in this well maintained house on the beach. A&C were super responsive and helpful in booking, airport transfers and extras. Their local property manager was outstanding, solving a few issues we had right away. A+ service and the property is as you see on the pics and video. Likely we will return!

La pacienza

La maison est située idéalement à 50m de la plage de Foximana. Plage de rêve ! Tout y est dans cette magnifique maison. D'une propreté impécable, elle sent très, très bon. Le propriétaire très sympathique nous a donné tous les bon plans pour manger et nous promener. On se réjouit d'y retourner avec des amis.
