This elegant, comfortable, luxurious and spacious condominium, is ideally situated in the heart of the famous Cable Beach district within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation

It is approximately a five minute drive from the world famous Baha Mar Resort, water park and Casino. It is just 10 minutes away from the airport and is conveniently located within walking distance to Sandy Port & Delaporte Beach, restaurants, banks, food stores and the Club One (formally Bally’s) Fitness gym.
Best of all, there is a bus stop a few steps from the property - and downtown is only a bus ride away! There are two strip plazas less than 10 minute walk away (east and west of the condo) both have a grocery store. Sbarro's and Marcos Pizza and Olives Meza Grill, Wendy’s , Mexicaba, Bamboo Shack Grillhouse and Royal Bank of Canada and Starbucks are in or near these malls. Further food options a little further east on West Bay Street include several restaurants (Thai, Pub, Italian, sushi and French).

The Sandyport shopping plaza is a 15 minute westerly walk away with a host of restaurants and medical services and retail shops.

This perfect family vacation home has its own pool. . The condo is fully air-conditioned & has a fully equipped, large kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. WIFI internet is available. The complex also has on site laundry facilities and a dry cleaner is a five minute walk away.

The condo is a perfect choice for couples or friends who are seeking privacy and quiet whilst being in the heart of the excitement that is Cable Beach. The local #10 bus transportation which takes you into the Cable Beach area or downtown Nassau.

if you choose to rent a car we can assist. Once you are downtown you can purchase a lot of Bahamian souvenirs. The world famous Atlantis will just be ten minutes from downtown, there you can explore the underworld adventures. Swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Encounters on Blue Lagoon Island, or if you are interested in Deep Sea Diving there is Divi Bahamas at South Ocean.

Nice condo. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. No complaints. There is a neighbor that had their home alarm go off about 1:am each morning and woke up all the neighborhood dogs, but that was kind of humorous to my family. I would consider it a safe neighborhood. My wife and I went walking every morning at sunrise and sunset. Easy walk to public entrance for Cable Beach. Little longer walk to Sandypoint beach. Short bus ride to Goodmans Bay Beach and downtown. Two grocery stores just a couple blocks away. Never found the pool (as shown in the pictures), but we didn't stay here for the pool.

Awesome Place To Stay

My stay here was very enjoyable and peaceful. The condo is very spacious, mordernized , and it looks 10 times better than in the photographs. It would definetley not be my last time staying here . Great Place!

Great Place to Stay

We were a family of 8 women on a 4 day/3 night vacation. We absolutely loved this place. The property was very well maintain. The rooms were spacious. Location was perfect. Small patio in the back with table and chairs was perfect for that quiet moment in the mornings before starting your day. Were there a few "issues", of course, but nothing worth mentioning. And any issue that came up was quickly, efficiently, handled by Krystle. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place.

Family get away

This is a nice roomy, clean condo with a large kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Carole is a good hostess and easy to reach with any question. The location is just down the street for catching the bus and cabs. The grocery store and Wendy's is about a 7 minute walk. I would truly recommend this location.

Business trip

We were there for a short business trip and the property was ideal, it is close to everything and very comfortable at the end of a long day, with the pool and patio we were able to actually have meetings in the comfort of home. Carol was a wonderful host and the welcome packet made everything easier to navigate I would absolutely recommend and am looking forward to returning soon!

Short stay

We only had a short stay while passing between the islands and the States though it was seamless. Carole and her daughter were super hosts and made things very easy to navigate both with a pre-visit info packet and a personal visit to the property. We would recommend and would have enjoyed staying longer.
