Sehr schöne und gemütliche Hütte! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden (inkl. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bademäntel, grillkohle, Holz etc) :) wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!! Vielen Dank für die erholsamen und unkomplizierten Tage :)

Das Gesamtpaket war super. Angefangen beim Gasgeber über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Ausstattung. Es war genauso wie es präsentiert wurde. Besonders genossen gaben wir wir die Ruhe, die Sauna und der Hund den großen Garten.

Wir kamen bei einem schweren Unwetter an, was die Fahrt über die schmalen Serpentinen ziemlich abenteuerlich für uns Stadtkinder gemacht hat. Und wurden belohnt mit einem knisternden Kaminfeuer von unserem Gastgeber Manuel. Was für ein herzlicher warmer Empfang! Kurz zur Location: Das gebuchte Erdgeschoss ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, Waschmaschine im separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum vorhanden.Im Außenbereich sind Liegestühle, Grillplatz mit überdachtem Essplatz und ein "Ratschbänkle", von dem aus wir oft den tollen Ausblick genossen haben. Die Privatsauna ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet inkl. Außendusche. Das Obergeschoss ist privat und wird offenbar nicht dauerhaft genutzt. Anfahrt: wie bereits geschrieben: schmale Bergstraße mit vielen Serpentinen. Schwindelfreiheit und starke Nerven sind hilfreich (und jetzt wissen wir auch, warum viele Einheimische in den Bergen eher kleine Autos fahren ;-)) Wichtig und auch der einzige Wermutstropfen: Man muss immer erstmal ein paar Meter fahren um zu den Wanderwegen zu kommen. (3 km und 250 Höhenmeter oberhalb liegt z.B. das Ristorante alle Pozze - ein toller Ausgangspunkt und Zwischenstation für einige Touren. Geöffnet nur Do-So.)Fazit: Der weite Blick in die Berge, die Ruhe (auch wenn vereinzelt Fahrzeuge am Haus vorbeifahren) - ein perfekter Ort zum Runterkommen in diesen hektischen Zeiten. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht, ist hier also genau richtig!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Hund. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Leider kann man von dort erstmal nur auf der Straße laufen. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück gibt es mehrere Katzen und Hunde. Die Katzen sind recht zutraulich, das gefiel unserem Hund nicht ;)

Baita dotata di tutti i confort, pulitissima , dotata di giardino recintato . il proprietario è gentile e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi informazione . Immersa nella natura con vicino diversi percorsi per passeggiate di tutti i livelli. Il paese più vicino è a circa 10/15 minuti. Prima esperienza in baita con i nostri cani ed è stata fantastica .

Due giorni di "fuga" dal tram tram quotidiano...stress lavorativo e preoccupazioni varie. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio!...Posto tranquillissimo in mezzo alla natura...silenzio...pace...!La Baita Beniamino meravigliosa!!!...un nido caldo e molto curato nei minimi dettagli....pulizia 10, eleganza mista alla semplicità di una location super ma al tempo stesso familiare....genuina....cucina attrezzatissima, camino da sogno con legna tagliata pronta all'utilizzo, camera da letto molto bella, con finestra e porta-finestra che dà sul giardino e vista "monti"...bagno con doccia confortevole, ripostiglio con lavatrice, per finire un ampio giardino esterno con tavolo e panche sotto una tettoia stupenda!.. I proprietari gentilissimi, presenti per qualsiasi necessità!....cosa posso dire?...Ho già prenotato un altro weekend lungo a giugno!GRAZIE MANUEL e famiglia!CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Posto stupendo, Manuel disponibile sempre, pulizia e organizzazione in tutta la casa se si vuole un po di relax posto perfetto sicuramente da ritornare...unica pecca il wi fi molto debole funziona solo nella stanza principale per il resto tutto perfetto grazie Manuel della disponibilità.

Baita del Beniamino

Sehr naturelle, wunderschöne und ruhige Lage der Baita, von hier aus Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge bzw. teilweise ins Tal. Sehr angenehme sympatische Nachbarn wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Baita. Sehr sauberer Zustand des Ferienhauses, alles zum Wohlfühlen vorhanden, schöne Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung. Einziges Manko...Die Beschreibung der Baita suggeriert die alleinige Nutzung des Ferienhauses. Die Berghütte besteht jedoch aus zwei übereinander liegenden Ferienwohnungen. Wir mussten leider feststellen, dass die obere Ferienwohnung an andere Feriengäste vermietet war und nicht, wie im Vorfeld benannt, nur zur seltenen Nutzung durch den Eigentümer bestimmt. Dies sollte fairerweise in die Beschreibung der Baita aufgenommen werden.
