Fabulous 3 bedroom villa, garden and close to the beach

Independent house carefully decorated in a Mediterranean style (it was published in decoration blogs), it is the ideal environment to enjoy a few days of rest in the best family style. Located in the Quinta da Balaia condominium, just a few minutes (20min on foot and 5min by car) from Santa Eulalia beach and the entertainment areas of Albufeira and several restaurants and hypermarkets.

This spectacular villa has 3 bedrooms with capacity for up to 8 people (including children). 1 bedroom suite with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. All environments (bedrooms and living room) have air conditioning. The living/dining room has a table for 8 people, overlooking the property's gardens.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with: espresso machine (Nespresso capsules), dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob., toaster, fresh and hot water filter dispenser, (you will not need to buy mineral water) , microwave, oven and laundry room with washing machine. The garden area has 900m2. Sun loungers (2), garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs), BBQ area, shower and the Tree House and outdoor table for 8 people; the house most preferred by the little ones, built in wood with top quality material and with total safety.

The villa has private parking, alarm, high-speed fiber, WIFI system, bicycles for adults and children (subject, however, to a cost per stay).

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) cost 25 euros.
Late check-in between 19:00 and 00:00 has a cost of 25 euros

For winter bookings (Nov to March) - Cleaning fee: 90 euros
