Very comfortable living space

I’m very impressed with the comfortable living conditions this place had to offer. The AC works great the whole time I’m here with no issues. And the Wi-Fi was good as well. This place came with all sorts of pots and pans etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place good price for Guam I think. Kitchen is a bit small but gets the job done. Nice that it’s located centrally in downtown but the neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy. Mostly clean but under the bed was very gross. Overall good for a Guam stay. The owner is very responsive and accomating. The beach is a ten minute walk

Out There in the Boonies

This location is far from the main strip, & to go anywhere fun/interesting will require transportation.The grounds include a nice pool & decent gym, but no frills from there.The open air hallways coupled with a frugal property owner, who was overly emotional, had me tolerate only one (1) night here before I pivoted to a hotel/resort. It was the best thing to happen to me as I met very nice people there, & had a great time!

Overall good stay for the money.

The check in process was very frustrating. The noisy AC unit had to be repaired while we spent the day waiting for the repairman to procure the part and complete the repairs. The TV needs instructions to operate the system. There were 3 remotes and only one seemed to do anything.

Received multiple messages with the wrong address. Went to that address and it was a run down shack with garbage out front. Stayed on some else's couch that night as nobody answered their phone until midnight to clarify that they had sent me the wrong address. Waste of night 1. Arrive the next morning greeted by a cockroach and many ants on the porch. Enter the home, it's pretty nice inside. More dead cockroaches in several of the rooms, where oh where are the living ones? I spent 3 nights of my 14 day stay there. The rest were on some else's couch.

Disappointing, would not recommend

We had a mediocre stay for the most part, until our last night. I would not rate this place well, due to the responsiveness of the host as well as the cleanliness and various other issues. The place was not clean (quite a bit of dust), and my parents and I were coughing and sneezing soon we spent one night here. There may be mold and the A/C units need to be cleaned.Other more minor issues - the beds/pillows were uncomfortable, the TV was not functioning, and the kitchen sink was awkward to use. Unfortunately on our last night, we locked ourselves out. We reached out to the property manager as well as her 2 other contacts multiple times, with no response. We ended up calling a locksmith to help us get in. It was incredibly frustrating considering that we reached out to 3 different contacts and had to pack for early flights the following day. We didn't hear from anyone until more than 3 hours later.Given all of the issues described above, I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible - do not book this VRBO

Never had a bad experience with VRBO until this one. The place was advertised as pet friendly, which is the only reason I booked it. I booked saying I had a cat. My credit card was charged $1,800+ for the stay. A few days before the booking was to start, I got an email saying when I arrive at the airport to "call Chris." This was unusual because normally you are given a code to enter. I arrive in Guam after 15 hours of flying, call Chris and no one answers. I show at the VRBO and again call Chris to no avail. Ended up having to scramble and book a hotel. I email the owner who apparently messaged me within VRBO (she sent no emails and I never saw them) that she does not allow cats and I can stay in another rental that I had no pics of and was not the place I rented -- bait and switch. This despite the fact that I booked with notice of a cat, my card was charged, and 3 days prior to arrival I was sent an email to call her rep to get in. I ask for my money back since the owner did not allow me to enter her place and the owner stops responding. Had to go through VRBO to get my money back. Highly recommend not booking anything this owner has on VRBO.

Dear Richard From the beginning as soon as you inquired about the unit I informed you that we do not accept cats because of many allergies of other guests. You did not respond to any of my messages but instead booked the unit when I clearly stated that no cats were allowed. This was a couple of months before you arrived. Chris has not worked for us for 4 years so I’m not sure how you got check in instructions like this when it was never sent to you. This is the reason I informed vrbo to refund you in full. This is all documented from the beginning on vrbo which is proof that you were informed that no cats were allowed. You were clearly at fault here and should have never booked the unit knowing that this was stated to you from the very beginning. We take pride in providing good units to our guests and your review is not a true and fair statement. We work hard to please our guests and make sure they are happy in their unit. We hope you will give us another chance to prove that this is a great unit for all guests to enjoy. Thanks again Pedro’s villa

ロケーションがとてもいい

部屋も綺麗でベッドも大きくてクローゼットも各部屋に付いていたのですごく良かった。洗濯機と乾燥機の場所が最後までわからなかったがそれ以外はとても良いレンタカー必須だと思います車で有名大型ショッピングモールまでそれぞれ5分〜15分行けてしまう。ビーチも15分ほどです。本当に満足でした

My dad, mom and I stayed in a two bedroom and had plenty of room. Don’t look for perfection instead the place was clean, quiet and friendly guests. Dina was available if needed and ensured checkin/out was easy. Close to shopping and the beach. I will stay again during my next visit. Much better than a hotel and convenient for folks with severe food allergies like me. Highly recommend.

Very Happy Stay...

We were very happy with our accommodations during our 17 day stay in Tamuning, Guam... Despite the old line about getting what you pay for, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort our unit provided us... It's location is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is very close to most of the restaurants/shopping that are located around Tumon Bay... especially the Guam Premiere Outlet Shopping Mall and the Jamaican Grill - so everything seemed to be very close by and convenient... Every destination seemed to be a short, convenient drive without any hassles involved... Should we return to Guam, we would definitely stay here again, as we found it very comfortable, clean, quiet and ideally located for all your vacationing needs...

This condo was just what we needed. Basic affordable lodging while we were on one week vacation.

Property was located in a residential village with a diversity of home styles. Somewhat economically depressed but consistent with Guam’ overall economy. We selected it because price and location to beautiful Tumon Bay.it was very comfortable and met our needs.

Not a terrible place, but room for some improvements.

First off, I don't normally take the time to complain... But the unit was not the same as the one in the photos (different couch/living room), but I belief she had more than one unit. There was no way to get a hold of them other than a phone call... if we're traveling in from out of town, how would we have a phone. Perhaps an e-mail venue as well. The location was described fairly, however, they failed to mention it was in a bit of a shady neighborhood. The first day we were there, the next door neighbors were breaking glass and yelling at each other, resulting in six police officers showing up, and asking everyone in the neighbor hood (including us), if we saw anything, or had any information as to what happened. Lastly, the shower head in the bathroom, was spraying every where... everytime a shower happened, it flooded water into the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise, the house was ok. Not a dump, but ok. Apologies... but I would not call it Luxury by any standard, as you claim in your ad. Thank you for the stay.

Perfect location

My wife and I were a little hesitant about the property when we booked it, but that went out the door when we arrived. If you have never been to Guam before, than this is the perfect spot to be. Very centrally location and a good value. The property was clean and well kept. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we did think about changing our departure dates to stay longer. A nice relaxing place to return to every evening

Great property located very close to resort hotels and other attractions.

This property was definitely what i was looking for and more since all the hotels in the resort area were already booked. The property was clean and had pretty much all that i needed. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the Outlets Mall, Kmart, the airport and the beach. I didn't have any issues while i was there. If i have the chance to go back there, i'll definitely rent it again.

Great condo and very convenient

After arriving from a 20+ hour flight from the states, we were greeted at the condo by Peter who ensured we were comfortable and settled into the condo. He helped us unload and showed us all the amenities. The place was recently renovated and very nice. We were in Guam to visit family so we spent much of our time touring the island and beaches, but the condo was always a welcome place to come back to and relax after a long day of exploring. We were also very pleased with the location, we were close to beaches (5 minutes), local and larger retail shops, and the main tourist areas were all within a few minutes of here. Comfortable clean condo, professional staff and convenient location. We would highly recommend this unit. Thanks Asia and team!

Clean apartment, great location. Perfect for extended stay vacations!

I loved how close the condo was located to sightseeing, beaches and shopping. The condo was spacious, clean and a great place to stay! After long days spent snorkelling in Tumon Bay it was so nice to relax on the huge comfortable couch, make dinners in the quaint kitchen, and to sleep in the comfort of air conditioned rooms and cozy beds. Thank you for such a great place to stay.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Clean and comfortable with many amenities such as A/C in the living room/dining area and both bedrooms, washer/dryer, free parking stall, wifi, refrigerator, and microwave. Property managers Asia and Dina are so warm, friendly, and professional. My co-worker and I were on a strict travel budget and opted to stay at the Villa instead of getting hotel rooms and paying hotel taxes and daily parking fees. We are so glad that we did! We highly recommend this home away from home whether you are at Guam for business or vacation.

AMAZING CONDO WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDED!!

I came to Guam for business and usually stay in the Hilton down the road. I have to say that this condo was a much better stay for me! It had everything I needed to cook a good meal. The unit even had coffee and water waiting for me. I had a split A/C in each room and even the living room which was nice because of Guam's heat. I come to Guam often and this is definitely where I will be staying from here on out!!!!! Thank you Pedro's Villas for a wonderful stay.

EXCELLENT VILLAS AND GREAT LOCATION

My family recently stayed in downstairs unit and I was very pleased with these units. They were exactly as pictured and described. Each bedroom had a split unit a/c and a huge unit in the main living room which is very much needed for Guam as it does get hot during the day. The stainless steel appliances and brand living room furniture was pure luxury for my family and myself. It was clean and a great 3 day vacation on Guam. Asia was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. Anyone looking for brand units to live in, this is highly recommended. They have 4 separate villas and I stayed in the bottom unit. This was secure and gated and my family felt very safe living here for our short stay on Guam. It is less than a mile from Ipao Beach and we walked there from the unit. We will definitely be back again! Guam is a beautiful island and I hope to come back next year!
