A genuine beachfront property! Located on the first line with incredible sea views, in the Vilafortuny urbanisation, between Salou and Cambrils. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea 24 hours a day. The beach is perfect for families with children. The waters are calm and the sand is golden and very fine. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it's ideal for families travelling together.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request. Book it in advance, there is usually no parking on the adjoining streets.
- Not accessible to people in wheelchairs. There are 3-4 steps to access the building. From the hall you have to go down 3-4 more to take the lift.
- WIFI included during your stay.
- 1 air conditioning split unit in the living room and another in the hallway of the bedrooms.
- Ideal for families looking for tranquillity, sun and beach.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Very poor
Not very clean, no information pack or welcome notes. Dated property, badly managed, broken items that were not fixed when we reported them. Left the place tidy but got charged for cleaning. Won't be back and will copy this to trip advisor. Thanks for spoiling our holiday owners direct. We won't be back.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your experience in our accommodation. We regret it wasn't as satisfying as we wished.
Regarding the issues you commented, I am pleased to confirm that the company procedures have been improved a lot since your visit in 2016 and that the accommodation has been refurbished in 2018.
Even when the accommodations are checked before the customer's arrival we provide a 24 hours guarantee period to communicate any problem with the accommodation, to solve it quickly and efficiently and assure the customer that there will be no problems with the security deposit. With this system, we can ensure that there will be no misunderstanding.
All the necessary information is provided verbally and by writing at the delivery of the keys but if you require further assistance during your stay we are always happy to help. We also provide a 24h hotline emergency number so we are able to assist you at any time.
Regarding the charge for the cleaning, we communicated to you the reason by writing and providing physical evidence. It is always awkward for us the be forced to retain part of the deposit and we are as flexible as we could but to not do it in your case would have been a comparative offence with the rest of the customers who, having the same information, complied with the accepted rules when booking.
We remain at your disposal and hope you reconsider your decision and will visit us again so you will be able to see all the improvements that have taken place.

Très bel appartement spacieux, très bonne literie, très bien situé et très calme !
Quelques inconvénients tout de même pour un appartement de 8 personnes, manque le lave vaisselle, quelques plats et le nombre d'assiettes plates étaient de 5 alors qu on été 8 !
Sinon tout le reste était très bien.

Die Unterkunf hat gute Lage mit direcktem Zugang zum Strand.Im Hoff ist eine Dusche was sehr praktisch ist. Fahrstuhl, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Neben dran ist ein Caffee sehr zu empfehlen. Überall sind kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte " Michelangelo" usw. so das man kein Auto braucht. Restaurans sid auch da, sehr lecker war beim Griechen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat die Sauberkeit, es etwas unafgeräumt. Kontackt mit dem Besitzer war sehr gutgutgut und schnell.

superbe appartement situé en bord de mer
belle terrasse
vue imprenable
un plus pour toute la vaisselle(j'ai rarement vu un appartement avec autant de vaisselles bien appropriées!!)
le seul hic de cet appartement les salles de bain un peu trop petites et les wc dans les salles de bain qd on est 8 c'est pas top :(
mais le reste des prestations fait un peu oublier ce hic )

Appréciation du séjour
Le logement sa répartition des pièces et l’emplacement de l’appartement face à la mer.
La propreté, nous avons dû nettoyer les poils de chiens jusque dans la chambre
L’écoulement de la douche au fond du couloir est très lent.
L’éclairage au-dessus de la table de la salle à manger éclaire autant qu’une bougie.
Avant j’étais client VIC (VIP) mais apparemment cela ne fonctionne plus.
Dommage !
