Playa Gros is a big and calm apartment with partial views of La Zurriola Beach and very close to Kursaal Palace. It is situated in Gros, which is a famous neighbourhood among surfers and there are great cultural entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.



It is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. There are three double bedrooms, a spacious and bright lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen, equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. All of the bedrooms face a very calm patio. The main bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have single beds of 80 cm and 90 cm.



The apartment is perfect for a big family or a group of friends that are planning to spend an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 100m away.

A Slice of Paradise

Love San Sebastián and staying in Gros is ideal…away from the crowds …to see the beach first thing in the morning was a great gift! Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance…just a beautiful property!

Great place for our family of 5 with kids ages 8-12. Plenty of room for everyone and great location and views from the balcony. Highly recommend taking a hiking trip along the Camino de Santiago (very close) to Pasajes.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a perfect location.

Very clean, and beautifully kept, this apartment was a wonderful place for the 5 of us to stay during our time in San Sebastian. The location is perfect - a bit away from the bustle and closeness of the Old Town area, yet less than 5 minutes walk over the bridge to that district. Great restaurants nearby, and a slice of view where you can watch the surfers in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceptional Property and Location!

Our family of four just stayed at this property. I highly recommend the property, location is across the street from the beach. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars, everything you need for a vacation. When we return to San Sebastian, we will stay here again. Thanks.

Fantastic location for surfer, great host.

Our family of four stay here for few nights. We appreciate the convenience to the beach and shops. The home was large and beds comfortable! Couple of suggestions are more lights at living room, long mirror for dressing, beach towels, and clothes dryer. We would definitely go back again. Great host!

Host company was very professional, on time and very helpful. Simple and easy process. The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the post, super clean, breezy and exactly what we needed for a fun girls trip. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was equipped with everything you would need to stay in and cook. Close walk to everythingbeach, great food, drinks, shopping and music.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood steps away from the "Surfer Beach" and close to shops and restaurants. It is also just across the bridge from the Old Town. It is well-furnished, clean and very comfortable. We had a great stay! The only thing that we couldn't find was a cutting board.

We are a family of five that stayed comfortably. Gabrielle was INCREDIBLE to work with. The location, views and walking distance to everything was better than we imagined. Highly recommend if wanting to stay across the street from the beach and a five minute walk into Old Town.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

This is a nice apartment with a great view of the beach. Super location close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. Old Town is only a 5 minute walk. The pictures of the apartment are accurate and furniture is comfortable. The showers are small which might not work for very large individuals. Coffee maker listed in the amenities is a percolator, but did work fine once you figure it out.

June stay in San Sebastian

The apartment is beautiful, and we loved the Gros location, which was a short walk over the bridge to the Old Town. My only criticism is that the kitchen could be better equipped. It was missing a cutting board, corkscrew, basic spices (salt and pepper), paper towels. It also could use a better coffeemaker to make coffee for more guests at a time. Overall, though, highly recommended!

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Lage ist sehr gut, man läuft nur 3 Minuten zum Strand und 15 Minuten in die Altstadt. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker, Geschäfte etc. sind direkt um die Ecke. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass der Balkon zu klein ist, so dass man ihn praktisch nicht nutzen kann.

Spacious apartment in great location

We had an excellent stay at this clean, perfectly located apartment right across the street from Playa Zurriola and parking. Just across the bridge from old town San Sebastian. Highly recommend!
