Surrounding the area are the high mountain tops covered with thick woods culminating in the Falterona from where the Arno river is born, ideal therefore for those who love naturalistic excursions but also visiting Florence, better still by train from the station of Dicomano and the towns of the Mugello. The house is made up of 3 buildings, the main villa, an annex and a smaller villa divided into 2 apartments (about 300 meters from the main villa, reachable by car or a 3 minute walk in the grove). At exclusive disposal of the guests, a completely fenced-in garden with salted-water swimming pool (11.50x5.50 depth 1.50m) (01/05-30/09), equipped with outdoor shower, barbecue and wood-fired oven, a Jacuzzi (3x3 - 0.90m deep, 4 seats)(01/05-30/09), spacious veranda with external kitchen and table for outdoor meals.
