Enjoy an impressive villa in a select and very quiet area, just 10 minutes walk from the center of Sanxenxo. With capacity for 10 people, it has four suites with their own bathroom and a large room-living room for children with an attached bathroom, large living-dining room, terrace, kitchen, garage for two cars and garden. Play area with ping pong table, table football and basket. Canoe and bicycles.

In a very quiet and exclusive location, you will be next to attractive beaches and you can walk in 12 minutes to the center of Sanxenxo and its marina, shops and restaurants.

Large terrace with table for 10 people with stunning views of the Pontevedra estuary and the Cíes Islands.

Barreiros beach, which is 180 meters away, and Areas beach, 900 meters away, are two of the most beautiful beaches in the Sanxenxo area, both with fine white sand.

The villa was built in 2009 with the highest quality finishes and decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction and gas cooker, American fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, etc. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and ironing space.

The Sanxenxo marina, just 1,200 meters away, is the most attractive in Galicia and the center of a lively nightlife. It has numerous rental boats of all sizes.
