Nice but spooky

Eine sehr schön, sehr sauber, top Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Relativ nah am Strand. Allerdings waren wir zu früh dran Mitte Mai. Der Strand war noch nicht präpariert, es gibt unbewohnte, verfallende Häuser, die eine gewisse Geisteratmo vermitteln, insg. war sehr wenig los. Die wichtigen Spots sind sehr gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter war äußerst nett und entgegenkommend, hat uns Samstagnacht sehr spät eingecheckt. Danke dafür!

Wunderbarer Erholungsurlaub

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber sehr schön und sauber, alles wichtige ist da. Das besondere ist die Lage in einem abgeschlossenen Areal mit einem Piniengarten im Zentrum. Das Meer ist 150 Meter entfernt, super Eisdiele (Kiwi) fußläufig 3 Minuten weg. Super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Grazie Mario!

Rauchmelder fehlte - daher konnte ich nur bedingt ruhig schlafen.

Rauchmelder sind aus meiner Sicht seit 31.08.2022 Pflicht in der EU. In der FeWo gab es aber keine Rauchmelder. Vielen Dank um Klärung und Rückmeldung unter 0160-90867830

Wohnung und Umgebung

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung so, wie wir gedacht haben. Viele Kinder spielten in dem abgegrenzten Wohnbereich. Sehr entspannt. Der Strand ist sehr nah und ein freier Strand, wo man keinen Liegestuhl mieten muss. Unter der Woche sind wesentlich weniger Badegäste. Vom Bahnhof Milan Marittima ist man in 20 min in Ravenna. Kinder bis 14 Jahre fahren gratis. Der Ticketautomat ist in mehreren Sprachen. Die Pizza Ranch kann man sehr empfehlen.

Tranquillità, verde, vicinanza con il mare e la pineta di Tagliata

Quest'anno per la terza volta ho trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento. La prima cosa che mi preme sottolineare è che l'appartamento è posto in un edificio che ne ospita solo altri tre, ognuno dotato di accesso autonomo. La seconda è che l'edificio, come gli altri vicini, insistono su un'area privata; quindi niente traffico, se non quello dei residenti, e niente rumori. La terza cosa da sottolineare è la vicinanza (cinque minuti a piedi) con la splendida pineta di Tagliata e con il mare (spiaggia libera compresa). L'appartamento è ben tenuto, dotato di ciò che serve (lavatrice, phon, asse da stiro e ferro a vapore, forno etc.). La posizione è tale che in pochi minuti o con l'auto o con le bici che sono a disposizione nel garage o semplicemente camminando di arriva a Pinarella, a Cervia in direzione nord oppure a Cesenatico in direzione sud, località che nella stagione estiva offrono occasioni di svago e manifestazioni sportive e culturali degne di nota. Insomma consiglio davvero il soggiorno in questo appartamento a chi vuole vivere una vacanza tranquilla, interessante, in prossimità del mare e in mezzo al verde della pineta.

Grande tranquillità

L'appartamento ampio, curato, pulito e confortevole si trova in un edificio di quattro unità abitative, circondato da costruzioni dello stesso tipo e all'interno di un'area privata piena di piante e di verde. Non ci sono assolutamente problemi con il parcheggio dell'auto che trova nel cortile abbondante e ombreggiato posto. La spiaggia, libera e non solo, è a cinque minuti di camminata ed è affiancata da una bellissima e lunga pineta. L'appartamento è fornito anche di diverse bici per chi ama pedalare . A una manciata di minuti di auto da Cesenatico (direzione sud), Pinarella, Cervia e Milano Marittima (direzione nord) consente a chi ama mercatini, animazione musicale ed eventi culturali e sportivi di trovare ampia possibilità di scelta.

Sehr ruhige nette Wohnung. Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit. In der Vorsaison schon eher einsam. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten, zum Bäcker und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften 10 Minuten. In der Hauptsaison sicher sehr lebhaft. Wir haben uns Wohl gefühlt.

Herrliche Ruhe in der Nachsaison, aller Komfort und 2 Balkone

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und mit allem ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (gut, dass wir Italienisch sprechen), nur ein paar hundert Meter zum Strand, einkaufen auf dem Markt oder in großen Einkaufszentren im Nachbarort Cesenatico, gute Straßenverbindung zu den herrlichen Mosaiken von Ravenna - ein rundum gelungener Urlaub Mitte Oktober, also in der menschenleeren Nachsaison. Quiet and Comfortable, a short safe walk to quiet white sandy beach

Arrived as the sun was going down, due to our own phone problems the owner did not know when we would arrive so he opened up for us. Our first impressions were; the flat was dark as the shutters were closed and the lights very dim, but oh how this first impression was wrong.The location was fantastic, the drive through to to the small complex was a little miss-leading, but once there the area was as precious as an oasis. We had some of the best sleeps ever the bed was so comfortable and the area so quiet no night noise at all. The flat was very well equipped everything that we needed was provided. The one negative for us was no Wifi the phone problems we had did not resolve and we were cut off from our world, perhaps on reflection not such a bad thing. We would book and return again without hesitation.

Bestens für Strand und Sighteeing

Eine sehr saubere , gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nur 4 Minuten zum Strand. Wir nutzten die Woche um im Meer zu baden, aber auch um die kulturellen Highlights zu besichtigen. Ravenna, San Marino und Rimini (Altstadt) sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder diese Gegend besuchen, dann werden wir wenn möglich diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.

Super Unterkunft von einem tollen Vermieter.

Alles hat von vorne bis hinten sehr gut geklappt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Alles was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Ein großer Park befindet sich nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Strand liegt direkt hinter dem Park und ist groß und sehr weitläufig. Grazie Mario! (:

Alles so wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden

Schön aufgeteilte Wohnung , mit allem was man so braucht. Leider war das WC sehr verschmutzt und der Fußboden war ziemlich verstaubt . Wir haben uns zu dritt aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen und auch selber noch einmal buchen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. PS: Die rechte untere Herdplatte funktionierte nicht. Der TV funktionierte auch nicht richtig. >War für uns aber nicht so wichtig <

Toller Urlaubsort, besonders noch für Familien!

Wir hatten einen schönen Empfang durch den Vermieter und haben uns im ersten Blick schon in diese Fewo verguckt! Sehr nette moderne Landhaus Einrichtung, alles sauber und gut eingerichtet! Der große Park unterhalb der Wohnung hat den Kindern sehr gefallen, hier ist es auch verkehrsfrei, also entspannter für Eltern... die Bäume spenden der Wohnung guten Schatten...großer langer Balkon, sogar 2 (beim Schlafzimmer)... ein paar Meter weg vom Strand, was will man mehr? Das Viertel Tagliata ist sehr "italienisch" geblieben, also kein deutscher Massentourismus für Diejenigen, die es nicht brauchen...Da sind auch ein paar Läden in der Nähe (10 min. zu Fuss). Encora grazie a Tu, Mario! Spero che torneremo presto! Familie Müller

Un'ottima location

Appartamento confortevole e ben arredato situato in una palazzina di quattro unità all'interno di un'area condominiale privata. Tanta tranquillità, spiaggia libera o attrezzata vicinissima, una bellissima pineta. Nessun problema per il parcheggio dell'auto all'interno del cortile dell'abitazione. Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati davvero bene con Cervia e Cesenatico a soli cinque minuti di auto.
