About this property

The old mill

I, Luigi, I built this house on the ruins of an old mill belonging to my ancestors. Probably some time, the house was on? Two floors: the ground floor of the mill, the first floor of the house owner.
I redid the exterior stone walls as they once were. Inside the house I found the press that I left with a visible safety glass.
I, Luisella, I decorated the house with a simple style, but with attention to detail. I mixed colors, souvenirs, objects that make the environment very Mediterranean for a quiet and romantic even in winter.

amazing Old Mill

Het huisje past als een jas en is eenvoudig ingericht. Met warm weer zit je heerlijk onder de veranda en kijk je uit over Rapallo. Wij vonden het in alle drukte van de kust heerlijk om naar ons huisje terug te keren. Bedenk dat dit huis dicht bij de autostrada ligt. als je geluidsgevoelig bent is dit een nadeel omdat je continue verkeer hoort. Het huis heeft airco waarmee het gemakkelijk wordt om de ramen dicht te doen. Het is een gemakkelijk huis om in te verblijven. Parkeren met een grotere auto kan een probleem geven daar de parkeerruimte redelijk beperkt is.

Nicht im Herbst!

Wir hatten die Kritiken zu den HĂ€uschen gelesen und waren ĂŒberzeugt, dass uns der Aufenthalt besten gefallen wĂŒrde. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. In der regnerischen Zeit war das Haus von hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit betroffen. Die Kleider und die BettwĂ€sche waren klamm, trotz das mit den zwei guten Klimaanlagen versuchten die Feuchtigkeit aus den Zimmern zu drĂ€ngen. Des Weiteren ist zu beachten, dass die Autobahn sich ca. 300 m entfernt, auf gleicher Höhe befindet und ein stĂ€ndiges Rauschen vorhanden ist. LĂ€rm kann auch entstehen, wenn ein starker Sturm herrscht. Direkt an der Wand angeschlossen befindet sich ein GebĂ€ude mit BaugelĂ€nder, dessen Rohre gegen die Hauswand schlagen. Es besteht kein direkter Weg zwischen HĂ€uschen und Parkplatz. Die Dauer fĂŒr den Weg liegt bei ca. 2-3 Minuten, d. h. der Transport dazwischen ist auf dem ungereinigten Weg und geringer Beleuchtung mĂŒĂŸig. Insgesamt hat uns verĂ€rgert, dass wir pro Nacht unverhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸige 120 € gezahlt haben. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass Luigi, der Vermieter immer rechtzeitig zur Hilfe stand und soweit möglich das Problem löste.

Ligurien/alte MĂŒhle

Gepflegtes Appartement, sehr sauber, KĂŒche komplett ausgestattet, Gastgeber bei Ankunft vor Ort und sehr nett. HĂŒbscher mini-Garten, aber leider ca 300 m Luftlinie von der Autobahn-BrĂŒcke entfernt, sodass man alle MotorrĂ€der und LKW nach dem Tunnel beschleunigen hört. Die Fenster schließen dicht, drinnen hört man nichts davon. Parksituation wie von allen bereits beschrieben - die Strecke ist auch mit GepĂ€ck gut zu laufen, da der kleine Weg betoniert ist.

A 5 minuti da Rapallo immersi nel verde

La casa Ăš carina, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Il giardinetto presente Ăš ben curato e grazie al pergolato abbiamo potuto gioire dello spazio esterno nonostante i primi 3 giorni di tempo instabile. I giorni successivi svegliarsi al mattino e poter contemplare il sorgere del Sole Ăš stato molto nutriente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia della Sig.ra Luisella e del Sig. Luigi. Eine grĂŒne oase mit stadtanschluss.nicht direktes parken möglich,dafĂŒr ein sehr schöner sitzplatz mit ausrechend schatten. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!!

Logement confortable et bien situé proche Portofino

La maison de vacances de Luigi et Luisella est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs confortable. Elle se trouve au sommet d'une colline dans la verdure (en entend toutefois l'autoroute au loin). A noter qu'il y a un arrĂȘt de bus plus bas vers l'Ă©glise. C'est une bonne situation pour rayonner et visiter Genova (30 km), la pĂ©ninsule de Portofino+++, Camogli (10km) ou bien les Cinque Terre (environ 1h-1h30 par le train depuis la gare de Rapallo). Luigi et Luisella sont parfaits et nous les saluons.

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine au gite de Luigi et Luisella, idĂ©alement situĂ© sur les hauteurs de Rappalo et Ă  la croisĂ©e de multiples excursions : Portofino et SanFrutuuoso, Santa Marguerite, Sestri Levante, les Cinq Terres (trĂšs chouettes, mĂȘme si gorgĂ©es de monde !), Camogli et GĂȘnes. Leuk huisje met mooi uitzicht.

We vonden dit een zeer leuk huisje, mooi ingericht met een prachtig zicht vanop het terras op Rapallo. Luigi en Luisetta hebben ons warm onthaald en gaven ons vele nuttige inlichtingen over de streek. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Un balcon sur la Riviera

Rapallo est remarquablement situĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir la Ligurie, de GĂȘnes au Cinque Terre. Et l'Ancien Moulin est remarquablement situĂ©, en balcon au-dessus de Rapallo. AgrĂ©ablement dĂ©corĂ©, confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ© (possibilitĂ© de cuisine, lessive), il est Ă  la fois isolĂ© au bout d'une petite route et suffisamment proche de la ville et de ses facilitĂ©s (commerces, restaurants, gare), des plages de la Riviera et des sentiers du parc de Portofino pour offrir des activitĂ©s variĂ©es. Les petits dĂ©jeuners sur la terrasse, face au soleil levant sur la ville et les collines qui l'entourent sont un enchantement quotidien. Merci Ă  Luigi pour son accueil !

TrĂšs joli maison au calme

Super sĂ©jour Ă  2 dans cette jolie maison parfaitement confortable et joliment restaurĂ©e! la terrasse offre une vue splendide sur Rapallo.En laissant la voiture au bas de la cote devant l’église, nous avons utilisĂ© les transports en commun sans aucun problĂšmes (bus puis train pour aller Ă  GĂȘnes par ex ou dans toutes les viles de la cĂŽte Ligure) Un accueil discret et chaleureux de la part de Luisa.Nous reviendrons!

Super nette MĂŒhle, sehr netter Ausblick

Tolle alte MĂŒhle, charmant ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick auf Rapallo. Super vielen Dank an den Vermieter Luigi und seine Frau. Beide sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger Punkt, mit einem Bus oder SUV sind die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt und die Anfahrt etwas beschwerlich. Aber auch dafĂŒr hatte Luigi eine Lösung. Mehr als empfehlenswert !! Gerne wieder.

Magnifique séjour !

Merci Ă  Luisella et Luigi pour leur chaleureux accueil, et pour avoir mis Ă  notre disposition cet endroit charmant, parfaitement agencĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec soin. On ne peut rĂȘver d'un "camp de base" plus sympathique pour visiter cette merveilleuse rĂ©gion : Portofino, Santa Margherita, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre... Maison idéal pour des vacances au calme

Comme sur les photos de l'annonce, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle, propre, cette maison est parfaite pour y passer un séjour reposant. De la terrasse magnifique vue sur le golfe Rapallo. Bien située pour visiter cette superbe région et proche des stations balnéaires attrayantes. Accueil chaleureux par les sympathiques propriétaires Adresse à retenir pour une prochaine escapade et à conseiller à tous ceux qui veulent la tranquilité et aiment la nature.

un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© charmĂ©s par cette petite maison toute en pierres au bout d'un chemin Ă©troit de montagne. Les propriĂ©taires se sont montrĂ©s trĂšs attentifs Ă  notre bien-ĂȘtre, trĂšs accueillants en nous indiquant les meilleurs endroits pour se baigner ou se balader. Une voiture est indispensable Ă©tant donnĂ© l'emplacement de la maison et tout ce qu'il y a Ă  voir dans les villes alentours et notamment GĂȘnes trĂšs facile d'accĂšs par l'entrĂ©e d'autoroute proche de la location. Il y fait bon vivre, nous avons petit dĂ©jeunĂ©, dĂ©jeunĂ© et dĂźnĂ© dehors sur la terrasse tous les jours avec en prime une magnifique vue sur le golf de Rapallo. Les enfants Ă©taient ravis d'avoir essayĂ© tous les moyens de locomotion possibles : funiculaire, bus, bĂąteaux. On trouve tout Ă  Rapallo et surtout de succulentes foccacias ! Un super sĂ©jour qui nous donne envie de revenir trĂšs vite !
