This very well equipped house is located 100 meters from all shops (rue de la Marine), 700 meters from the first beach and 200 meters from the port. Gemütliches Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit 3 Etagen (steile Treppen!) sehr genossen. Lage sehr zentral, aber ruhig, Hafen, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu den Stränden von Guilvinec kann man in 15 Minuten laufen, mit dem Auto braucht man etwa ebenso lang zum Weststrand am Pointe de la Torche.

Une belle location, bien situé. Fonctionnel avec tout le confort necesaire. Proche à pieds des 2 plages du guilvinec 15 minutes. Et à 30 minutes de la superbe plages du ster. toutes commodités à pieds dans le centre ville. Petit supermarché, boulangerie et la creperie Melen. Belle balade à faire. Très agréable maison de pêcheur rénovée. Très bon équipement, tout fonctionne bien. A deux pas des plages, du port et de toutes commodités. Rue calme et stationnement sans problème. Literie confortable. Pas de wifi mais il y a la 5G et ça donne un excellent débit.

petite maison charmante à deux pas du centre ville et du port

Cette maison ne dispose pas de jardin mais qu'importe, en quelques minutes vous êtes sur le port pour assister à l'arrivée des bateaux, au centre ville pour le pain frais ou quelques courses.... pour le stationnement il faut parfois aller à quelques centaines de mètres de là. il ne faut pas craindre le chant des goelands le matin, le port apporte ce désagrément. La maison est bien équipée, il y a deux chambres dont une au 2ème étage, vous reviendrez avec les jambes musclées.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Das liebevoll in maritim-bretonischem Stil eingerichtete Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und zum frankreichweit bedeutenden und dennoch äußerst beschaulichen Fischereihafen des authenischen Fischerstädtchens Guilvinec. Das sehr gepflegte Haus verfügt über eine gehobene Austattung an Elektrogeräten (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle ...) und ein umfangreiches Angebot an Küchenutensilien. Vielfältige Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Banken, Post, mehrere Restaurants und der Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch am offenen Meer ist man in etwa zehn Geh-Minuten. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in Kürze weitläufige Sandstrände. Guilvinec ist geradezu paradiesisch für Feinschmecker von Meeresfrüchten, die überall fangfrisch angeboten werden. Auch für Kinder ist es spannend, die tägliche Heimkehr der Fischerboote vom Meer und das Abladen des Tagesfangs hautnah zu beobachten. Das sehr ansprechend gestaltete Fischereimuseum Haliotika vermittelt dazu viel Wissenswertes.

Vacances agréables

Séjour agréable dans une maison bien aménagée et bien entretenue. Cette habitation est idéalement située : rue calme mais proche de tous commerces. De nombreuses activités à proximité : circuits VTT et randonnée pédestre, plages. La visite du Centre Haliotika ( visite guidée du musée + criée ) est très intéressante. Avons également testé l'atelier cuisine aux algues avec Scarlette ... beaucoup de choses à apprendre !
