Friendly apartment located in the heart of Grace.
This neighborhood is on the highest hill of Lisbon and has several viewpoints with wonderful views of the city of Lisbon (Viewpoint of Our Lady of Mount, Miradouro da Graça and Monte Agudo Viewpoint)
This apartment is very close to the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the National Pantheon, the Cathedral of Lisbon, São Jorge Castle and the famous flea market.
In about 20 minutes walk, will be in downtown Lisbon.
But you can opt for the famous 28 tram two streets away, or at Santa Apolonia Metro a 10-minute walk or the many buses that serve grace.
You can find this neighborhood so central and yet so peaceful and quiet, the traditional shops, cafes, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies.
The apartment is completely refurbished.
It has a very nice patio where you can dine, relax in the company of a glass of wine, or even sunbathing on a sun lounger.
The room is comfortably furnished and has TV and wi-fi. The Kitchnet is fully equipped.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, haberdasher and AC. We provide towels and linens.
This is the ideal place to rest after walking along the seven hills of Lisbon.

Home from home

We spent 2 weeks in this fabulous apartment in October. We loved Graça, we loved the small town feel up the hill from the city. Lots of really good restaurants, fun bars & a great supermarket with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is very well equipped & very comfortable with a lovely outside space. We’ll definitely be back.

Mould in every room

If we were to return to Lisbon, we would stay closer to where all the places of interest are. We consider ourselves to be fit and healthy and can easily manage and enjoy a 30-40 minute walk but with the city being so hilly and in warm temperatures, this became arduous. We had everything we needed in the property (though maybe a few extra towels would have been appreciated) but there was an extensive problem with damp/mould. This was evident throughout the accommodation on the walls and ceilings and caused us to have problems with our sinuses, sneezing and streaming eyes.

agréable séjour à Lisbonne

Situé tout en haut des collines de Lisbonne, l'appartement qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée est très agréable pour un couple malgré les bruits de travaux de la ville dès les 8h du matin. Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé. Je vous le recommande.

Tres bel appartement

Tres bel appartement bien équipé et bien grand et propre. Assez loin du centre actif de Lisbonne, compter 40min a pied mais le bus 735 est a 3min a pied et perlet de rejoindre la place du commerce et les quais en 15min. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement , les draps, torchon a vaisselle et serviettes sont fournies ainsi que le papier toilette, le savon pour les mains et le produit vaisselle . La clim est tres efficace dans la chambre , ca rafraichit tres vite la piece mais impossible de la laisser la nuit car l'air nous arrive dans le visage donc la nuit il refait tres vite chaud. Penser aux boules quies les voisins sonr assez bruyants Nous avons passé une bonne semaine a Lisbonne dans cet appartement, la terrasse est tres appréciable

Top ausgestattet, super Lage

Wir waren für 5 Tage im Mai da und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Teresa hat uns im Apartment willkommen geheißen und war sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkler als gedacht, weil sie im Erdgeschoss liegt (und es war ziemlich bewölkt als wir da waren). Dadurch hat man aber auch viel Privatsphäre und es ist insgesamt sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bett ist zudem sehr bequem! Nicht weit entfernt sind Supermärkte, Aussichtspunkte und die tolle Atmosphäre des Viertels Graca. Das Schloss der Eingangstür klemmt etwas, nicht erschrecken.

Séjour chez Theresa

Super Séjour à Lisbonne dans l'appartement de Theresa. Situé dans un quartier calme, à 15 minutes à pieds du métro (station Intendente) et à environ 7 min de la ligne du Tram 28. Appartement proche de 2 Miradors offrants de magnifiques points de vue sur la ville. Petit patiot extérieur agréable. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Climatisation dans la chambre très appréciée. Avons été accueillis par le frère de Theresa qui a été très réactif à nos demandes.

Nous avons apprécié le logement. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte et nous avons été accueilli sur place à notre arrivée. Tout était très clair. Le logement est bien placé à notre convenance : quartier calme et avec des commodités : supermarché, café, restaurants. Ligne de bus juste en avant du logement parfait pour se déplacer. Nous entendons les voisins en soirée mais une fois la nuit venus c'est calme et nous avons bien dormi. Attention, il n'y a pas de volets donc le jour peut vous réveiller tôt le matin. Le plus du logement est la terrasse, sympa pour manger dehors. Si nous revenons à Lisbonne nous serions heureux de pouvoir réserver à nouveau cet appartement. Obrigado

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cet appartement situé dans le quartier de Graça. Il faut marcher environ 20 minutes pour descendre au centre mais le plus dur est de remonter! Il y a aussi des bus et Tram. L'appartement est propre et très fonctionnel. Teresa nous a très bien accueillis et nous a conseillé de visiter le très beau musée des Azulejos. La terrasse, bien que petite, est agréable. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez Teresa lors d'un prochain voyage à Lisbonne.

Sehr schön gestaltetes Appartement!

Super netter Empfang, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Dabei nicht übertrieben steril, es gab manche Ecken, die sicher hätten sauberer sein können. Aber uns hat das keinesfalls gestört. Es war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden und auch diverses Infomaterial zur Orientierung in Lissabon. Die Lage war super, nicht mitten im Gewühl, sondern in einem schönen heimelichen Stadtteil. Die Erreichbarkeit der Kernstadt war stets gegeben, wir haben allerdings viel zu Fuß erkundet. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, vielleicht sehen wir uns wieder.

Charmant petit appartement dans l'ancien quartier de Graça.

Séjour agréable dans l'ancien quartier de Graça. L'appartement est très agréable et très propre mais un peu excentré du centre de Lisbonne. Par contre le transfert de l'aéroport est proposé pour 18€. C'est le frère de la propriétaire qui l'effectue dans une vielle 306 Peugeot alors que nous avons effectué le transfert retour en taxi pour 9,15€!

A cozy home in Graca Lisbon

The apartment was clean and cozy and we'll equipped with all necessary appliances including a washing.machine. The covered patio was perfect for a glass of wine and a place for us smokers to relax. Many nice pastry shops and restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores.

Très bon séjour à Lisbonne.

La location est propre et confortable, et malgré la terrasse très étroite qui permet cependant d'avoir un petit coin de ciel bleu au-dessus de la tête, l'ensemble est très agréable. A l'arrivée, vous trouvez les ingrédients nécessaires pour cuisiner ou petit-déjeuner et les petits commerces sont situés, pour les plus proches, à 3 mn à pied. De l'appartement au centre-ville, il faut compter 20mn à pied ou aller chercher le tram ou les bus à 5 ou 10mn de la location. Il faut cependant savoir que Lisbonne est très vallonnée et que ça monte et ça descend, donc c'est de la marche sportive mais on s'y fait vite (enfin, ça été notre cas). Quant à Teresa, elle est arrangeante. Donc, appréciation positive.

Superbe appartement, avec tout ce qu'il faut

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, petit mais cosy, complètement conforme aux photos. Tout y est : les ustensiles, l'épicerie de base, les serviettes de bain, ... Bref on s'y sent vraiment comme chez soi. L'accueil était très chaleureux, par une amie de la propriétaire qui a été adorable, et a même pensé à nous envoyer un texto pour nous prévenir d'un événement local durant notre séjour. Un séjour sans faute, nous retiendrons cette adresse pour la prochaine fois, c'est sûr.
