Me ha gustado la limpieza al llegar, la disposición y amabilidad de Eduardo en todo momento, las vistas desde la terraza y la ubicación. Repetiria sin dudarlo. Creo q en los tiempos q estamos debía tener wifi y un frigo no Frost, al quinto día tenía capa de hielo y tuve q descongelarlo para limpiarlo bien, aunque no fue un gran problema.

Wir haben am 2.Tag 6 Mängel angezeigt,davon wurden 2 behoben.Es gab lapidare Antworten wie,Sie wohnen im 10. Stock oder gehen Sie zum TV und schalten Sie am TV .Dann haben wir noch 6 Mängel festgestellt und alles zusammen per e-mail gemeldet.Verbindlich wird 1 Parkplatz zugesagt wird aber nicht eingehalten.Auf 84 Wohnungen kommen ca 12 Plätze.Die Wonung ist under diesen Umständen Maxi 30 Euro Wert

El apartamento está bien en cuanto a la situación y el espacio, sin embargo el precio es excesivo y detallo los motivos: - No está debidamente higienizado ya que no existe servicio de limpieza entre estancias distintas salvo que el anterior inquilino se haga cargo de ello o pague por el servicio. - Aun para estancias cortas se deben llevar sábanas y toallas propias o pagar por esto. - El check-in se realiza a partir de las 16h con lo que el primer día entre gestiones y demás no es del todo vacacional al fin. En cuanto a la zona, es una zona agradable para familias pero aburrida para jóvenes.
