When requesting a reservation, please specify the composition of your group (number of couples, single people and their years) to ensure that the apartment can accommodate you in terms of sleeping arrangements.
In case of new confinement, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
The rentals are made in high season preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Any particular request can be studied in low season with however a minimum duration of 5 nights.
The garden being in places very sloping, we prefer not to accept children from 2 to 17 years old in order to avoid any incident.
Classified as a Four Star Tourist Furnished ****, the villa "Cordilleta" located at the beach of Socoa, is an architect's house built in 1998 at the bottom of the hill of Bordagain sea side in Ciboure, in the district Socoa, on ground fenced 1400m2.
All amenities within walking distance; Cordilleta avenue is a dead end which means there are few passers cars.
You will have:
1) On the ground floor
3 free parking spaces in the villa grounds
Bedroom 1 with 140 cm double bed and private bathroom n °1.
Bedroom 2 with queen size bed 160 cm and shared bathroom with bedroom n°3.
Bedroom 3 with 140 cm double bed and shared bathroom 2 with bedroom n°2.
Bedroom 4 with 1 double bed 160 cm or 2 beds 80 cm to be specified when booking and bathroom n °3.
Large wooden terrace covered by a blind, equipped with 2 garden tables + benches.
Laundry and boiler

2) on the floor:
Cellar, full kitchen overlooking dining / living room with large flat screen TV + home theater, French / American billiards, contemporary fireplace.
Large covered terraces overlooking the Bay of Ciboure / St Jean de Luz, equipped with teak garden furniture and double electric plancha, heated swimming pool with swim againt the current, jacuzzi and ping-pong table.
Finally, relaxation is guaranteed in the combined swimming pool with massage jets (29°) and jacuzzi (35° to 37°), which is open from 1 June to 30 September, depending on the weather, for your hydrotherapy treatments or aquagym classes.
For your convenience, we take care of a daily 15-minute preparation of the pool at an early hour without disturbing you. ( sweeping the wooden deck and the protective cover, checking the water quality, vacuuming, cleaning the filters, etc.)
Bottom sheets, fitted sheets, comforters, pillowcases, towels and tea towels are included in the rent; are not included beach towels.
We want our tenants comply equipment and facilities available to them and wish that the house be returned in the same condition as that taken at the beginning of stay.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is non smoking but balcony terrace is available !!
Finally, a rental contract will be established when booking the rental.
