THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN BIBIONE, SEASIDE RESORT LOCATED ON THE BORDER BETWEEN FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA AND VENETO, 80 KM FROM VENICE.

WE HAVE A 7 KM LONG BEACH, FULLY EQUIPPED WITH UMBRELLAS, KIOSKS, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES FOR SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS TOTALLY FREE. A PLACE FULL OF ATTRACTIONS AND EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE OF THE SUMMER SEASON, WITH MORE THAN 70 KM BIKE PATHS THAT WIND THROUGH THE CITY AND THE PINE WOODS THAT LINE THE RIVER AND LAGOON, FOR A HOLIDAY OF RELAXATION, FUN AND SPORT AT ALL LEVELS.

Die "Villa" war in einem absolut heruntergekommen Zustand

Das Stromkabel zum Boiler war nur zum Teil isoliert. Die Türen waren abgeschlagen. Die ganze Wohnung war vergilbt. Die Dusche war voller Schimmel. Von der Lampe war ein Stück abgeschlagen Von der Schublade am Schrank war der Griff kaputt. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer war angeschlagen. Der Garten war kein Garten sondern nur ein von Moos und Nadeln bedecktes Irgendwas. Der Toiletten Deckel war kaputt. Das Sofa war aufgeschabt und dreckig. Im meinem Bett standen die Federn soweit raus, dass ich mir das Knie angeschlagen habe! Im Küchenkasten waren Blasen auf der Folie der muss wohl mal zu nass geworden sein. Die Regenrinne ist an zwei Stellen gebrochen. Das Licht zur Treppe nach unten ging nicht. Die Platten zur Einfahrt waren komplett kaputt. Die Wände waren dreckig. Der Boden in einem Zimmer war fleckig und nicht mehr zu säubern. Die ganze Wohnung war eine einzige Katastrophe. Ich kann Ihnen auch gerne Bilder zukommen lassen.
