You would never get a house this size in the resorts. If you did it would be $£€ expensive. If you like to be close to the resorts but not in the middle of it this house is for you.

WHERE IS IT?

Set peaceful location with amazing panoramic views of the sea, El Tiede, and Cabo Blanco. The most beautiful part of Southern Tenerife. Only 7 minutes to the beach at Los Cristianos, 12 minutes to the beach at Las Americas, and 10 minutes to El Medano beach.

There are 3 separate living areas.

A TV room with a 50" TV with Android apps for TV.
A mega-large kitchen dining room( 80m2)
A second living room with lots and lots of toys for kids.

Yes, we have 2 access points that cover the whole property.

WHAT IS UPSTAIRS ON THE FIRST FLOOR?

Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, each has its' own balcony apart from one. There are 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower connected to a 550-liter solar tank so there is plenty of water for everyone.

The configuration is 3 double beds and 4 singles.

The master bedroom has a massive balcony with a stunning sea view over the coast.
Attached is an en suite with a large shower/WC, bidet, and twin sinks. Own TV.

WHAT ABOUT THE SWIMMING POOL?

Year-round swimming with a 6-meter swim spa, this amazing piece of kit is a hybrid of a pool and a jacuzzi. It has jets!

THERE ARE 4 DIFFERENT AREAS TO SIT OUTSIDE

Pool seating area with loungers. Breakfast patio. Top Terrace.

SO WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THE TOP TERRACE?

The large top chill-out terrace has a gazebo, sun loungers, and the best view in the whole house during the day. At night it is amazing for star gazing also.

DO I NEED A CAR FOR YOUR VILLA?

Yes and No. We think it is a shame to come to Tenerife and not travel around and see the amazing nature, towns, and beaches. It is also cheap 10-15 euros per day. If you do not want to drive, we do not judge, then taxis and buses are also readily available.

Spacious villa

The villa is very spacious with everything you need for a family holiday, a real home from home. The beds were very comfortable and location very quiet. You will need a car as there is not much within walking distance. We stayed in December so villa temperature just right tho think u will miss air con if you visit in high season but that's just personal choice. Overall a great property if you don't mind the drive.

Beautiful villa- Rustic but close to the resorts

Eight of us stayed for a week in March for our mother's 60th birthday. The most important was a big place where we could all hang out together, cook, generally relax and from the pictures Max's villa seemed like a good fit for us. The price was also very good compared to others. As for the amenities the house is huge on 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a well equipped kitchen for cooking and a big fridge that we stocked up with food for a week. There is a gas barbecue outside which is a bit fiddly and it took us about 10 minutes to work out. You can eat on the rattan table outside or inside there a couple big tables pushed together. The plunge pool also has massage jets which is pretty cool. All bedrooms have a different view, we gave our mum the master bedroom as it has the biggest bathroom and it was her birthday surprise. As for the area it suited us fine as we did not want to be in Las Americas and prefer it a bit rural. You need a car to get around, we used Orlando car rental and did 4 day trips. Many thanks to Max and Radek for answering all our questions and giving us an amazing birthday present for our mum.

Lovely house, but poor location and nothing worked ....

we were guests of our son, and happily only had to suffer for 4 days in this poorly kept facility. The location is near the airport and there is NOTHING of interest nearby. The views of abandoned consturcion sites were less than pleasant. You have to drive 15 to 20 minutes to the nearest beach. Further more, the pool was not working and it took our son almost a week before they fixed it - then it was so cold that he had to wait several days before he could use it, and then it was FILTHY! The internet worked once in a while. The doors to the back area were warped, and we could only open one of them. Further more, there are some very DANGEROUS steps in the bathrooms - in one bathroom the step is about 1 foot in front of the sink and my husband took a bad fall when he stepped back one morning. All in all this is a built and maintained facility and we do NOT recommend it.

Schöne Villa für Familien

Wir haben uns mit 8 Leuten von 1Jahr bis 86 Jahren sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kleinen gibt es ein Spielzimmer mit allerlei Spielzeug, für die Erwachsenen ein Fernsehzimmer mit Spielkonsolen und den gängigen Streaming Diensten. Da man aber sicherlich mit dem Auto anreist, gibt es auf der Insel so viel zu erkunden, dass man sich tagsüber kaum im Haus aufhält. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Von uns eine deutliche Empfehlung.

Très belle maison

Maison très confortable, de beaux espaces à l'exception des 2 petites chambres de 2 petits lits et surtout de celle qui donne à l'arrière. Manque de rangement dans ces 2 chambres. Bonne situation,mais nécessite d'avoir une voiture pour faire les achats alimentaires. Proche de l'aéroport. A recommander pour familles.

Het was fantastisch!!!

Onze eerste ervaring met HomeAway, best spannend, maar het was écht geweldig! We waren de eerste huurders van een spiksplinter nieuw huis/villa met 5 prachtige, erg ruime slaapkamers, met ieder een eigen badkamer/toilet. Meer dan voldoende leefruimte in en om het huis. Het zwembad was ook echt heerlijk. Je hebt wel een huurauto(‘s) nodig, maar ook daar is bij het huis parkeergelegenheid genoeg voor. Heerlijk rustige omgeving, zeker als je niet van het massa toerisme houd. Alles met de auto binnen handbereik, hebben veel van Tenerife gezien én ook van La Gomera. Kortom: we hebben met ons gezin (8 personen) énorm genoten van deze vakantie!! Max nogmaals hartstikke bedankt!

Good size property with quality furnishing and all facilities necessary for a getaway family break.

Located on the outskirts of the village of Buzanada with views down to the coast and up to the hills. We hired 2 cars for a family group of 10 at the airport and both were needed on a daily basis to get supplies and travel down to Los Cristianos and other parts of the island for example. All mod cons were present including a heated plunge pool/ jacuzzi with under water lights and a gas barbecue. I personally enjoyed the rooftop sun terrace and there was plenty of room to sit out round the pool on a variety of sunbed and seating options. If I remember correctly there were 3 shower/bathrooms, 2 of which were ensuite and 4 toilets. A large communal lounge and kitchen dining area, TV room and playroom ground floor with 5 bedrooms upstairs. A big secure sliding front gate maintained privacy and a safe environment for young children. Close by are 2 other similar size properties on the same short lane but was very quiet all the time. We would certainly be happy to go back again, can't think of any negatives to point out other than to be aware there's very little locally within walking distance so hire cars are essential.

Fijne, royale villa op goede plek

Wij verbleven begin oktober met zeven volwassen gezinsleden in deze villa. Heel veel ruimte en voorzieningen, alles werkt (soms na enige moeite), genoeg parkeerplaats voor drie auto's en het terrein is goed afsluitbaar. De keuken is van alles voorzien en koken is ook voor grotere gezelschappen geen probleem. Vanaf de boventerrassen mooie uitzichten, vanaf de begane grond wat lastig in verband met de muren rondom. Het buitengebeuren is wat achter in onderhoud, maar bijna alles wel goed bruikbaar; wel leek de buitenkeuken brandgevaarlijk want de houten omlijsting ging roken. Het zwembad lijkt klein maar met de jets erbij is het een prima oplossing, je kunt er echt in zwemmen met meerdere personen. We zagen airco's klaarstaan om geïnstalleerd te worden; dat zou een goede ontwikkeling zijn, ook om de muggen makkelijker buiten te kunnen houden. Al met al hebben we een prima verblijf gehad, ook omdat de villa op een goede plek ligt voor trips en verschillende supermarkten en bakkers etc. op ongeveer tien autominuten afstand liggen en goed voorzien zijn. Van het vliegveld, dat op een kwartier per auto afstand ligt, hebben we niets gemerkt. De communicatie met Max verloopt prima, hij is snel en correct. Autohuur bij TopCar, is ook aan te bevelen.

A lovely holiday in this house

The house is set on 3 levels with a tiled garden, pool and BBQ area. There is parking for 2 cars our front which we needed for our group of 10. The rooms are not huge but comfortable, 2 with en suite and the other ones share a 3rd bathroom. Main loo on the ground floor also. The ground floor kitchen/diner is massive with a playroom and TV room off to the side of it. The pool is good for getting wet and relaxing, but not for doing lengths. The jets are also a nice touch, so it turns into a big hot tub. The local town is OK but better to drive 10 minutes to Los Cristianos or Las Americas where the shopping is better. Siam mall and Parque Santigo are great for shopping and on the main motorway which is the best way to travel around. You need a car for the house as others mentioned when booking. Max kept us informed and answered all our questions beforehand. Overall we had a lovely holiday in this house and would come and stay again if we come back to Tenerife

We had a short Tenerife family holiday in February .I contacted with the owner and rent out this villa for 8 adults. Owner and Hes team very helpful just make our holiday better than I planned. On the arrival day my girlfriend have a birthday and this amazing guys just worked with me on the little action behind my girlfriend. She got nice bunch flower and birthday cake.(Thanks guys)The villa huge ,the place nice and clean, very good kitchen with all equipment , all things just perfect for 8 person .Lot of children toys and baby friendly place so good for parent with child's .Parking place make easy after the shopping loading to the house /Imagine 8 person shopping /. Amazing heated pool and nice garden with sunbeds. All rooms nice and clean. My girlfriend and me used big room, the terrace and landscape perfect for first morning coffee. Only we had problem with diswasher but guy fixed next day. We are very happy to book again this massive building just easy all things no need to stress like hotel check in blabla. I just recommend to book this villa , good price , good staff .

Beautiful villa, great location and helpful owner

We stayed at this villa for our friends stag party in February and I have nothing but good things to say. The owner, Max, was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is very large and has a great pool area outside. There is a small bar serving great food 10 minutes walk away and transfer to Playa Las Americas can easily be done with a taxi (the lady at the bar phoned one for us). All in all, a great place to stay whether using it as base for visiting Las Americas or just a relaxing hideaway. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent villa for a family Tenerife holiday!

The villa was excellent whilst we spent a week long holiday out in Tenerife. It accommodated 8 adults, 2 children, 1 infant and 1 baby comfortably and had all that we required during our stay. The views from the roof of the villa are breathtaking! The villa gives a real family feel to it and a lot of thought has gone into the layout of the home. It was OUR home for the week and we made many happy memories there. The kitchen is huge as is the dining table and lounge area where we spent most of our time. The TV room was a bonus for those of us that wanted to relax and the kids toy room was used very much by the kids - kept them out of trouble! You do need a car if staying at this villa as the supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and the local beaches are atleast 10 minutes away. Max the villa owner answered all my questions before arrival and even during and after - he has been very helpful - thanks Max! Would highly recommend this villa and would consider it again when coming Tenerife again.

A great villa in a quiet residential area

Just got back from Casa Viera. Nice place in a quiet residential area with a few other villas, short drive to Las Americas, the airport, Siam mall. Basically everything in the south depends on access to the TF1 motorway, you can be anywhere in 10 or 15 minutes so a resort stay essential unless you are a beach bum and that is all you want. There are some nice inland restaurants that a lot of people never get to see and close to the Villa. What we liked was the views and the space. The house is really big with seating and sofas everywhere. The rooms have big windows that make the most of the views. The kitchen/living room is fantastic and you can eat inside or outside. The pool is safe for kids because it is fenced off and parking is not a problem inside the villa or outside on the road is quiet. All in all a great villa, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and we would definitely highly recommend staying here to anyone and everyone.

A fantastic stay for a winter getaway

We stayed in January 2016 and the weather was fantastic. We usually go to Egypt but due to the North African troubles we decided for the first time to try Tenerife. We were not sure about the location of the Villa at first but after a few days we grew to love it. After day trips it was the perfect place to unwind, the pool was 34 degrees so swimming in January was possible. The town has a few places to eat but we as we were having lunch outside most days we just cooked in the evening in the villa kitchen. The dining room table is good for family dinners and the outside spaces also great, we used the gas BBQ also on one occasion. I cannot fault the villa, it is even larger than it appears on the pictures. It has 3 living spaces downstairs with openable patio doors to the outside areas. The bedrooms are comfortable, the best being the main bedroom that comes with a large private bathroom, we had to fight each other for that one My advice for others who would want to book this place is get a car, you cannot shop, travel, go to the shop without it. Also on first arrival take a good look at google maps or use the maps as a GPS to locate it as it is not the easiest to find. All in all it was a fantastic stay for a winter getaway.

Very family friendly with many area to spread out

Our party consisted of 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children. There were 2 boxes of toys for the kids and they loved the pool. Very family friendly with many area to spread out in, the villa is actually much bigger than the pictures suggest. Also many tables and chairs and a gas barbecue which we enjoyed on 2 occasions. Sun loungers around the pool and on the top terrace. Basically a 10 minute drive from the main resorts but situated in nature. A big thanks to Radek who made us feel most welcome. We hope to be back.

Really nice and modern

We just returned from a week in this villa in May 2015, a family of 5 with 2 boys and 1 girl, ages 7,5 and 3. The villa is on a flat piece of land which was good for the kids to be outside, we have stayed in places before where there are stairs and sudden drops outside making it a nightmare worrying about if the kids are going to hurt themselves, so this was great as they found the toy bikes and were driving them around the house all the time. Really nice inside, modern kitchen, modern furniture and so much space, the downstairs has 3 separate living rooms, you can see the owners did not skimp. The master bedroom is massive and has a great big balcony to sit on, we sat there after the kids had gone to bed with a glass of wine. Location wise it is pretty much a 10 minute drive to the resorts, you definitely need a car otherwise you would bake walking to the bus stop, it was 35 degrees when we were there! The pool was actually too hot because of the heat and we asked Radek to turn it down a couple of degrees. Anyway, we had a great time and hope to return someday.

We just returned from a week in this villa in May 2015, a family of 5 with 2 boys and 1 girl, ages 7,5 and 3. The villa is on a flat piece of land which was good for the kids to be outside, we have stayed in places before where there are stairs and sudden drops outside making it a nightmare worrying about if the kids are going to hurt themselves, so this was great as they found the toy bikes and were driving them around the house all the time. Really nice inside, modern kitchen, modern furniture and so much space, the downstairs has 3 separate living rooms, you can see the owners did not skimp. The master bedroom is massive and has a great big balcony to sit on, we sat there after the kids had gone to bed with a glass of wine. Location wise it is pretty much a 10 minute drive to the resorts, you definitely need a car otherwise you would bake walking to the bus stop, it was 35 degrees when we were there! The pool was actually too hot because of the heat and we asked Radek to turn it down a couple of degrees. Anyway, we had a great time and hope to return someday

Why they chose this property

This property was in general built for ourselves in mind, not as a rental but with young children we could spend less time in the Islands. It has everything that we wanted and more. As soon as we went to the roof and saw the amazing views we fell in love with it and we are sure you will too!

What makes this property unique

The views made us love this villa but after extensive renovation we now love the pool area and the space inside.

We love the numerous spaces where you can find a place to be by yourself or together.

The area is semi rural but less than 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. You get tranquility away from the resorts with the beaches a short drive away. For us the best of both worlds.
