The villa, with panoramic views, immersed in a pine forest, 50 meters from a white beach, with free and paid entrance to the same, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as services and large terraces overlooking the sea. . The cost of the rent, for the whole apartment, ranges from € 175 to € 250 per day, depending on the period. In addition, € 150 per week for consumption and € 50 for final cleaning.
Possibility of sailing, surfing and canoeing courses at the affiliated sailing club in front.
Availability of bicycles and free wifi.
The owner is available, by reservation, to cook and to accompany guests on guided tours of the characteristic nearby cities: Taranto, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Alberello, Lecce, Matera, Gallipoli.
