Newly built luxury modern villa near mile-long beach in Rayong/Mae Rumphung beach

This luxurious modern villa is located on a corner lot at the top of the quiet area. The house is newly built and was completed in August 2015. 200 m from the villa is the lovely 50 m long pool, tennis court and gym. The mile-long sandy stand is a further 300 m away.
Downstairs is a kitchen (hotplates, micro, coffee maker, toaster and of course fridge with mini freezer available) with open plan living to dining area and living room. High ceilings, about 5 meters in some places. One larger bedroom with soft king size bed and separate bathroom as well as a slightly smaller bedroom with soft queen bed and attached bathroom. At the beach there are many Thai restaurants. They have comfortable recliners to sit in. There is no mass tourism in this place but it is peace and quiet without the hustle and bustle of the beach. From the beach you can see the most amazing sunsets. On the main street there are mini-life, massage, hairdressers but no night open bars or discos.
It is close to the nearby islands and there are a lot of different activities to be found. Like visiting botanical gardens, water parks, orchards, temples, markets and shopping centers with cinema and playgrounds, etc.
