DETACHED HOLIDAY HOME WITH SWIMMING POOL FOR UP TO 10 PERSONS

Our holiday house Villa Tijara is located in the green and pristine landscape of the Dalmatian Zagora, the heart of Dalmatia.
Our house has five spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms for up to ten guests.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom and is equipped with its own air conditioning.
The bedrooms are on the first and second floor.
The floors are connected with stairs.
On the large ground floor are the living area, the kitchen, the dining area with large dining table, a toilet, a laundry room and table-tennis room .
The ground floor leads out to the terrace with swimming pool, pergola and lying area.
Behind the house is a playground for volleyball or badminton.

The holiday house also has satellite TV, WiFi Internet, barbecue and parking space for cars.

- EVERY DAY A DIFFERENT BEACH OR ANOTHER ATTRACTION -

The beaches of the Makarska Riviera, the Omis Riviera and the cities of Split and Trogir can be reached in less than fourty minutes drive.
The natural park Biokovo which is rich in flora and fauna is just thirty minutes away.
The nearby Busko lake invites for a swim.
Explore the cities of Sinj, Imotski, Trilj, Klis and Solin. Each full of cultural treasures.

The direct and original surroundings invite you to explore by bicycle.
It is also perfect as a starting point for motorcycle tours.

Great house in beautiful mountains

We stayed 2 families together and had such a nice stay. Lovely house, lovely and quiet surroundings. We only stayed 3 nights, but would have loved to stay longer. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and had many great suggestions for things to do and experience. Best recommandations.

Wonderful holiday in Croatia

We stayed in a big house with all comfort. The swimming pool is very nice. The water is a little salt, but not like in the sea. The owner is a nice gentleman, who helps you with any request. He also arranged a fantastic tour in the area around the house. We were very pleased and would recommend this accomodation to everyone.

This is a great property! The host family are lovely and have thought of everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The beds are super comfortable which makes such a difference. It’s quite remote but that makes it lovely and quiet. Zdravko went ‘above & beyond’ to help. Thank you for a great time, we really hope to return some day!

Wonderful holiday in Croatia

The house is spacious and comfortable, each room has its own bathroom. The environment is peaceful. The pool is pleasant. The hosts are welcoming and provide all useful information: sights, restaurants, shops... Thanks to them. There are quite a few points of interest within an hour's drive.

Spacious, fun and gorgeous

So much room! The pool was beautiful, and despite the cold winds we managed to get lots of swimming done. Big bedrooms, loads of bathrooms with great showers and a few surprise rooms and areas. Check-in was easy and the host was nice and informative. Gutted to leave but I'm sure we'll be back

Central spot to explore Croatia and a bit of Bosnia

Great spot away from the rush of Split - lots to explore in the immediate area with easy access to Bosnia and Mostar. Two families comprising of 8 people didn’t feel cramped and had everything you could want for a home stay - including a bbq, pool and lots of games for the kids. Were were ambitious and did Plitvice Lakes in a day, nearly 3 hours there and back but doable from the villa. This was our second trip to Croatia and we’ll definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend this property for adventure and a quiet rural setting. Excellent spot - thanks for hosting us!

tres bon séjour ,meme si le temps tres mediocre ne nous a pas enthousiasmé , belle piscine ou cause température ,nous n'y avons meme pas mis 1 pied ! :Hote super sympa .Peut etre signalé tout de meme dans l'annonce que la location se trouve un peu en altitude ,donc température plus fraiche ,plus ventée , que sur la cote ,,appréciable en forte chaleur , moins en mauvais temps.Plein de beaux sites à voir ,

Das Haus ist der HAMMER, alles wie beschrieben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Tischtennisplatte, der Kickertisch und die Dartscheibe haben für Abwechslung gesorgt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage. Morgens kommt der Bäckerwagen und bringt Baguettes, Brote o.ä. Einziges kleines Manko, man muss lange fahren, wenn man zum Strand oder so will. Wenn man gerne Auto fährt, lohnt es sich aber. Aber der Pool im Haus kühlt einen auch ab :-) Wir haben viele Infos für Ausflüge/ Events erhalten. Vielen Dank :-)

Noch keine besser ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen

Zu allererst möchten wir die freundliche hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Art des Vermieters erwähnen! Uns mangelte es wirklich an gar nichts, selbst Grillkohle wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt! Selbst Kopfschmerztabletten waren hinterlegt… Das ganze große Hause war auch in Punkto Sauberkeit picobello! Leider konnten wir den Pool (wetterbedingt)nicht ganz so oft nutzen. Auch auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank für die vielen Ausflugs- & immer passenden und leckeren Restauranttipps. Viele Grüße

Magnifique !

Superbe villa spacieuse située au calme dans un grand terrain à 40 kms environ de split. 5 superbes chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et 1 WC privatifs. Une grande pièce à vivre et un salon lumineux ainsi qu'une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Un endroit où il fait bon se poser et se reposer. Une salle de musculation, une table de ping pong dans une pièce indépendante, un trampoline extérieur et une piscine. Le rêve !!! Les literies sont confortables avec du linge de lit identique dans toutes les chambres et d'une qualité remarquable. Idem pour le linge de toilette. Tout est d'une propreté irréprochable partout. Quand à l'accueil, nous avons été reçus par un couple super gentil , souriant et très disponible. Nous avons tous les 9 amis, passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison avec l'envie de ne plus repartir.... Merci aux charmants propriétaires .

Ein super tolles, sauberes und sehr großzügiges Haus mit einem fantastischen Pool.

Alles super geklappt. Wir (2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern) haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auch der Spielraum mit Tischtennisplatte ist toll für Kinder. Ebenfalls ist ein kleiner Fitnessraum vorhanden, den wir wegen des guten Wetters nur 2x benutzt haben. Sehr große Zimmer und viel Platz im Haus. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, bei dem man das nötigste bekommt ist nur 2,5 km entfernt. Wir hatten leider 3x einen kürzeren Stromausfall, was etwas ärgerlich war, aber unseren tollen Urlaub nicht minderte. Und was man unbedingt noch erwähnen muss: Supertolle, nette und jederzeit hilfsbereite Vermieter!!!

Very nice stay

Nice and big house in a very calm environment. The surroundings are great for some walks or enjoy wildlife. Facilities like supermarkets or restaurants are not too far (15min by car). The host are very nice and available, always here to help or advice. I would recommand without any downside

Super gepflegt, sehr aufmerksame Vermieter, die nebenbei auch gute Tips für Ausflüge gaben.

Vermieter auch flexibel und aufgeschlossen für die Sonderwünsche von Amateurastronomen. Neben dem Haus gute Beobachtungsmöglichkeit für die mitgebrachten Teleskope, die einzige störende Straßenlampe konnte so abgeschirmt werden. Durchsicht gut, Himmelshintergrund dunkler als in einer deutschen Kleinstadt im Mittelgebirge, lediglich der kalte ab Mitternacht aufkommende Fallwind störte. Im Haus kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen, alles da, was man braucht. gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Split, Markaska und Umgebung in weniger als eine Stunde, Dubrovnik eher 3 Stunden einfache Fahrt. Wir haben uns zu fünft mehr als nur wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Auf Anfragen reagierten sie kurzfristig. Jederzeit wieder, wenn es die sonstige Reiseplanung zulässt!

Spent a lovely week in August at the Villa. Welcomed and looked after really well by the owner. The Villa is lovely inside with ensuite in all bedrooms and air conditioning. Lovely pool and games room with a nice outdoor area for dining during the day. Didn’t sit out during the evening as mosquitoes would be biting. Baker van daily brings bread & pastries. Small shop with essentials 1min drive away. Car absolutely essential as Villa is not close to any town. Highly recommend staying here

Awesome villa.

The villa and surroundings are stunning. At the villa, you have everything you need during your holiday. Villa is located at its own peace, near Bosnian border. There is small shop near and just 20min drive to bigger village where is nice restaurants, atm, market etc. The owner was super nice and helpful. Local bakeryman comes to villa every morning with fresh breads and croisants. Highly recommended!

The villa is beautiful. The prefect place to get away from it all for a few days. Our hosts could not have done more for us to make us welcome and every detail is attended to. We would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Wir wollen wieder zurück!

Schon vor der Buchung war der Vermieter außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend vor Allem auch, weil uns als neun 18-Jährige niemand haben wollte! Hier waren wir dennoch sofort willkommen. Dieser Eindruck bestätigte sich auch ab Ankunft bis hin zur Abreise. Bei Fragen und Bitten wurde uns sofort geholfen. Hinzu kommt, dass der Vermieter sehr gut Deutsch spricht, was das Ganze noch vereinfachte. Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Pool, Grill, moderne Einrichtung, Fitnessraum, Tischtennisraum und sehr viel Platz sprechen für sich. Auch die Sauberkeit war gegeben (10/10 Punkte). Das schöne Wetter und das tolle Ambiente, das auch durch die schöne Landschaft um das Objekt gegeben ist, gaben uns die Chance auch die Küste zu erkunden. Mit schönen Stränden rund um Makarska ist auch dies zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr begeistert von unserem gesamten Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen!
