The property is fenced and has its own security guard and in the summer also bodyguard during the daytime in the swimming pool area. Elevator is available for all apartments.

The apartment is on the second floor and has its own terrace overlooking swimming pools, tennis courts, beautiful and manicured gardens and also sea views.

Puerto Banus and the center of San Pedro are a 5-minute drive away and the town of Estepona or Marbella Center is only 15 minutes away.

The apartment is well equipped with all predictable needs for your holiday. Kiosks and supermarket etc. are within a 5 minute walk.

Great vacation. Close to the beach, nice promenade, restaurants, food shop. Recommended.

Once again we had a great 3 weeks vacation in Lorcrisur. This appartment has a great view and is large enough for a family 2+2. The host is very friendly and helpfull. Pool area is very well taken care of. To have a car is a good option for more diverse vacation but not a must have.

Super apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in San Pedro. It is a 3 minute walk to the lovely promenade and beach. There is a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. It is well furnished, on the second floor and quiet. Pia, the local agent was very helpful and friendly. The pool is spectacular, set in nice shady gardens. Whilst beach towels were provided, a couple of folding lounger chairs to take to the pool would be welcome. Highly recommended!

Very good vacation

We spent three weeks in July 2017 in this apartment. A spacious apartment (family of 4) with a large living room and two bed rums. Very nice view from the terrace over two pools and villa area of coastal San Pedro. Most of the day the terrace is in shadow which allows for lunches and dinners with a sea breeze. The garden with a perfect trim. But it takes some toll: noisy gardening machines in the morning once a week (it helps to close windows). A large (about 35m long) crystal clear pool is not heavy occupied (during our stay) and mostly empty before 14.00. What's nice it is the grass around the pool. it takes 10 min of relax walking to get to the nearest beach (small pebbles) but is has large stones just from the water line (requires water shoes). With a bit larger waves it makes it difficult to get into water. 25 min walk till a sandy beach. Unfortunately, sea water at Marbella coast is not that warm (compared to Mallorca or Greece and even Atlantic of Tarifa ). A few things to improve otherwise perfect apartment: some hooks in the bathroom; cloth hanger at the entrance; a drawer in the wardrobe in one of the bed rums. Overall impression: very satisfied; wouldn't mind to come there again.

Fantastic Holiday

Residence Lorcrisur is a very nice and well kept place to stay. The apartment was clean & tidy, the grounds and pool are regularly maintained and it's no more than a 5 minute walk to the local shop and cafes or the beach. Very happy with my stay here and would most certainly return!
