Zinc 39 is a bright modern apartment situated on the 3rd floor of a development of contemporary apartments in a superb location on Headland Road. It has ceiling to floor windows which make the apartment light and airy with access to balconies overlooking the War Memorial with the South West coastal path beyond and with views towards Newquay’s other beaches which makes this a relaxing place to enjoy your holiday. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one being en-suite) with an open plan lounge/kitchen area. Everything you should need for an enjoyable holiday is only a short walk away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The living area has an L-shaped sofa, 48" smart TV, DVD player with patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, two bedside cabinets and lamps, a double wardrobe, a wall mounted flat screen TV and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, single wardrobe and wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD.

Both bedrooms have access onto the balcony

Bathroom 1 is en-suite to bedroom1 with shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Bathroom 2 is a spacious family bathroom with over the bath shower, glass shower screen and heated towel rail. There is also a cupboard which contains a washer/dryer.

Both bathrooms have contemporary fittings, porcelain floor and wall tiles, cantilevered wc and basins and granite vanity shelf.

The apartment is accessible by both lift and stairs.

There is a lockable communal storage cage for surf and body boards in the basement of the building. There is also an outside shower.

There is a Cornwall Council public car park at the rear of the property with direct stepped access into the apartment building. The price includes for one car to be parked in this car park.

Zinc 39 is the perfect base for families or couples to provide either an active or relaxing holiday.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking or vaping.

We had a fantastic stay at Zinc Apartments in Newquay. The flat was modern, clean, and really comfortable — perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better. I loved the short 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, with a lovely view of Towan Beach along the way, and Fistral Beach was just a stone’s throw from the apartment. Everything we needed was close by, yet the apartment felt peaceful and private. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly base in Newquay.

Excellent property close to town and all amenities with the added bonus of 4 mins to fistral beach, very clean and tidy , and you get a paid parking space for the week which was great we didn’t use the car unless we went off for the day . Highly recommend this property we will be staying again .

The apartment was very, very clean & very well supplied with everything we could possibly need, real home from home. Beds comfortable . Beautiful property

This property is stunning and has everything you could need during your stay. It is a 5min walk to Newquay town and a choice of beaches. The property owner is lovely and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived which is great as you never want to be far from your car when all your luggage is still in there. You were also able to contact her if you needed to and communication was great. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 300 metres from the world famous Fistral beach and a two minute walk into the centre of bustling Newquay with all its amenities. We enjoy this part of Cornwall's coastline as there are some great walks from outside of the apartment with spectacular scenic views and great waves in windy conditions .

What makes this property unique

The apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the very best that Cornwall has to offer. It's a 2 minute walk into town or to the beach and there are several fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It is also directly opposite the wonderful Newquay golf course and very close to a number of surf schools.
