the house is internally composed:

outside you can try a large veranda including table, chairs, swing and parking space.
furthermore, the house is located in an absolutely quiet and green area, as it is surrounded by an extremely well-kept tree-lined garden.
There is also an oven and a barbecue available in the garden.

it is also easily reachable from any city entrance as it is not far from the SS115 state road.
an easy connection of the latest generation (ponte playa -porto) will take you to the center of Licata (about 3 minutes by car) where you will find the new shopping center the port, pub and place of walks along the coast.

it's a little thing that make the difference

My wife, son and I stayed here for 6 days Its a beautiful location, with a spectacular castle towards the city up the mountain, wonderful sea views and great Sicilian weather. The rooms were of a good size, very clean, comfortable beds . the sea isn't very neart the Villa but about 330 metri However, for us, those things didn't matter,because there is a free parking car in the beach and in the garden. The restaurant is very good. We had breakfast with a hot bread who passed in the Villa every day , not expensive . The Granita was amongst the best I have tasted. But the best part of this experience was the Proprietary .The little things that make all the difference are often unexpected and for that reason alone the staff make this a very memorable experience. i really come back!!!

La proprietà presenta numerosi mobili/attrezzature rotti o arrugginiti, si trova su una strada di periferia lontana dal mare decente (intendo spiaggia pulita senza cocci provenienti da immobili restaurati) e piena di sacchi di immondizia abbandonati...

Salve , la ringrazio per le segnalazioni date e abbiamo gia provveduto a sostituire i due oggetti che durante le varie prenotazioni , si sono deteriorate . Riguardo al resto purtroppo da cittadino le posso dire che ci sono stati dei problemi a livello di città sulla raccolta dei rifiuti che non dipendono da me , ma cittadino io posso fare il mio dovere e come ben ha visto, la proprietà rispetta i canoni della giusta pulizia e raccolta dei rifiuti urbani. Quello che avviene al di fuori della proprietà va recensito a chi di dovere . Ringraziandola anticipatamente, sarà mio interesse cercare di migliorare e poterla riavere in struttura per un eventuale ritorno Cordiali saluti Villa Falaride

Gute und saubere Villa direkt am Meer

Ausgezeichneter Shuttle-Service vom Eigentümer organisiert. Außergewöhnlich große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber Freundlicher Service des Besitzers. Entspannen Sie sich auf der Veranda mit Grill und Blick auf das Schloss Sant'Angelo. Das Restaurant in der Nähe ist gut. Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse am ersten Tag, als wir ankamen, fanden wir in der Villa und es war sehr gut.

vorrei ringraziare i proprietari della villetta per questa ospitalità data sia a me che alla mia famiglia. la villetta è ancora più bella in presenza, comoda , vicino al mare e confortevole. Vorrei spendere delle parole anche su quello che è il posto di Licata , città con un enorme potenziale ma gestita un po' male. consiglio vivamente di contattare i proprietari di questa meravigliosa villetta per organizzarvi le vostre ferie a Licata. grazie ancora per questa ospitalità da veri siciliani

molto accogliente

Quest' anno abbiamo passato a Licata le feste natalizie, scegliendo questa villetta per il nostro soggiorno. premetto che i proprietari sono veramente molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato molti consigli su come muoverci in zona. detto ciò, la villetta è molto accogliente, ben tenuta e ben pulita. Abbiamo usato anche il barbecue che sta in giardino, spero di poterci ritornare nei mesi estivi perché il mare dista circa 300 metri dalla villetta e quasi veniva voglia di andarci gia da ora. grazie e saluti da letizia

Endroit magique: la vue, les chambres et nourritur

Nous avons passé 20 nuits dans cet Chalet, situé à l'écart de Licata. Chambre très spacieuse, donnant sur un beau jardin. Une plage privée en contre bas, avec possibilité de déjeuner au bord de l'eau. Prestations de qualité avec un personnel souriant .

Splendida villetta

Ottima villetta, ben fornita, ben arredata e ben pulita,.Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno fatto trovare la villetta esattamente come nelle foto e che ci hanno anche aiutato anche nel pianificare le nostre tappe in Sicilia come la Scala dei turchi(meravilgiosa) e la valle dei templi, facilmente raggiungibili grazie anche alla ben collocazione della villa. Con mia moglie ci siamo trovati veramente bene, abbiamo mangiato anche delle pizze casarecce fatte dal forno al legno situato in giardino e messo a disposizione dai proprietari. Posto stupendo , la sicilia non per nulla cara, consigliatissimo Saluti calorosi ai proprietari

ideale per rilassarsi

Siamo stati a Licata nei periodi di settembre per una settimana, dobbiamo ringraziare i proprietari per la loro disponibilità, ci hanno fatto trovare la casa ben pulita , con dell'ottimo cibo già al nostro arrivo che è avvenuto in tarda serata. la villetta è molto graziosa, silenziosa, immersa in un giardino che la estranea da tutti gli altri rumori e case della zona. il mare non è poi tanto lontano, a piedi si ci arriva camminando per una stradina (circa 4 minuti) , sono 200 metri dalla casa. Peccato per il tempo, su una settimana ha piovuto 2 giorni, ma c'era abbastanza caldo per andare a mare . ottimi i ristoranti della zona ed il porto turistico raggiungibile in auto con molta facilità. Un grazie al proprietario anche per averci fatto noleggiare la macchina ad un buon prezzo, risparmiando molto rispetto alle agenzie aereoportuali. Consigliato !!!!!
