Awesome family vacay

Location was great. Property and unit was very clean. Was able to see many firework displays from sitting right on the beach. Wasn’t over crowded for a holiday week. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Will most likely plan another stay here in the future.

Was perfect! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great! Loved the nice beach chairs. The inly hiccup was our email got entered into the system incorrectly so I never got the check in information.

We stayed here with our two children. The location was perfect- right on the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Lots of space for our family. Our only complaints were the minimal kitchen amenities (additional coffee cups, tumblers needed) and need for updated appliances (eg laundry and dish washer).

Nice spot on St Pete Beach

The condo sits on a beautiful beach. It was clean and well organized. We loved the full kitchen and made a few meals there. The TV remote controls were a bit confusing -n but worked well once we mastered them (There are 3 TV's and each one was a little different) Would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful stay

The property is in good shape. In our condo everything worked, and it was wonderful to have chairs and an umbrella for the beach - tho be aware there are no beach towels. Balcony was very pleasant. The pool was nice and warm enough to swim in early March.

Lovely place

Our unit was very clean and the location was perfect. The kitchen was ok, a little light in cooking supplies. Cooktop work well but the oven took forever to come up to temperature. When we come back, we will look to stay here again.

Good location. Friendly people. Pool was warm. We could have used some hangers for clothes. A few pods for laundry would be helpful also. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great condo for a family

Great location and very spacious condo. Feels bright and beachy inside, kitchen is well-equiped. There are also beach chairs and fun things to use down on the beach. Unfortunately we weren't able to use any of it due to cold and rainy/windy weather but downtown St Pete and John's Pass was fun too.

Beautiful beach front

Loved our stay. Was a little hectic checking in as office was closed and no email with entry details sent but call to number on office door did resolve with in 5-10 minutes. Very close to many restaurants, bars, entertainment and easy drive to further attractions. Also liked that there was a nice pool/hot tub fornthey kids when they were sick of salt water (5,8,15). Would definitely go back.
