About this property

Finely furnished apartment with bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, spacious hall. beautiful panorama of the Versilia with sea views thanks to the picture window to the large terrace, where you find the gazebo and relaxation area.

Immersed in nature, the villa is an oasis of relaxation and peace situated in a strategic point of Versilia, between Camaiore and Massarosa, where you can arrive in few minutes to the beaches of Viareggio, in Pietrasanta art galleries and in the streets shopping in Forte dei Marmi.

The property is surrounded by a large garden with space to relax and have fun, going quiet moments in nature. The structure was completely renovated at the end of 2015 and inaugurated in early 2016 with apartments and chalets.

All four-legged friends are welcome and have plenty of room to "enjoy the holiday." It is also available, in common with the other guests of the structure, the pool in the summer months, a barbecue area - wood oven, laundry and sun loungers.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick

Das Haus ist wunderschön an einem Hügel in der Versilia mit Blick auf das Meer gelegen. Die Zimmer und das Mobiliar haben Charme. Die Eigentümerin war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab immer die Möglichkeit eines schnellen Austauschs per WhatsApp Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können ihn nur empfehlen!

Alles in allem war es schön. Bitte die Beschreibung verbessern!

Wir verbrachten 2 schöne Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse mit Meerblick und die ruhige Lage (kein Durchgangsverkehr dank Ende der Sackgasse) sind toll! Die Wohnung ist rustikal aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist leider sehr klein und viele wichtige Kleinteile (kleine Werkzeuge, genügend Gläser, etc.)fehlen. Die wichtigsten Sachen kriegt man aber gut hin. Für mehr als 4 Personen ist diese tolle aber zu kleine Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen, ansonsten allerdings sehr. Es gibt, wenn man ehrlich ist nur Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist zu alt und die Matratze völlig durch. Nur mit einer zusätzlichen Klappmatratze konnte unser 14-jähriger dort gemütlich schlafen. Die hatten wir auf Verdacht mitgenommen. Dies wird nur leider in der Ausschreibung nicht deutlich. Auch wird in der Beschreibung des Appartements nicht deutlich, dass der Pool lediglich der unteren Wohnung zugänglich ist. Das war enttäuschend. Die Gastgeberin jedoch ist sehr freundlich und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Also, Beschreibung ausbessern. Dann ist alles top!

MOUSTIQUES!

Logement plutôt bien mais l’equipement dans la cuisine pas terrible: cafetière de très mauvaise qualité, au risque de se brûler, pas de passoire pour envoûter les pâtes... Terrasse, piscine super rien à redire. Situation aussi. Mais il y a énormément de moustiques et nous regrettons que la propriétaire n’ait pas été plus transparente avec nous. Certes elle a mis à disposition une prise à moustique mais une seule pour tout le logement et notamment pour 2 chambres. Notre petit garçon de 7 mois a eu plus de 50 piqûres, il a fallu aller en pharmacie et il a eu de la cortisone. Les voisins qui occuperaient le logement en dessous également sous cortisone. Tout était plutôt bien mais rien que pour les moustiques nous déconseillons ce logement surtout avec des enfants. A savoir que nous étions au mois de juillet et que peut-être à un autre moment de l’année, cela est différent?

Gemütlich, grosszügig, toller Blick

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt - angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach genial. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig. In der Küche fehlten ein paar einfache Dinge (Schere, scharfe Messer ...) aber man kommt klar.
