Beautiful row house in a small, quiet, peaceful village in the center of the island. Very comfortable beds, AC that keeps the house nice and cool, a fantastic pool. Noemi was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. This rental was a great find! We would definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed a lovely stay here over Christmas - lots of space for the children to play indoors (a very wet week). The house was well equipped - everything we needed for cooking & heating kept the property comfortable. Our Host was very helpful, knowledgable & easy to contact. The location of the property is excellent - various supermarkets & restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, easy access to beaches (20 mins) & city (30 mins) by car, but public transport is also excellent in Llubi.I would highly recommend this villa for families. I would happily stay there again.

Amazing Family Holiday!

The whole process was excellent - great communication before and during our stay. The house is very well decorated, with a lovely simple feel. Plenty of outside space for six adults. The saltwater pool was much better than a usual chlorine pool (but be aware no shallow end for young children..) We enjoyed the local town (including a festival) but roads great to get to nearby towns and other parts of the island. It was the perfect house and location for a perfect holiday!

Lovely House in a nice town

We had a lovely stay in Son Bordoi. The House is beautiful and well equipped. We travelled with 3 children aged 5, 5 and 2 years old - it was no problem at all. Because of the nice terrace and patio it was possible to watch the children at all times. There is a fantastic restaurant in town - BRUT - surely worth a try 👍🏻

Perfect holiday home

This was an exceptional holiday home. Great correspondence from Noemi, before and during our stay, checking we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and faultless with a well equipped kitchen, it was a home away from home for us. The house being in a great central location enabled us to drive to different parts of the island every day and see a lot of Majorca. Thank you Noemi for a wonderful holiday!! ❤️

Nice and confortable house in Llubí

House equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable beds. The village is quiet and has small supermarket, bakery, a couple of groumet restaurants,... all 3 to 10 min walk. It is an ideal plan to escape the mass tourism of the coast of Mallorca. Necessary a car to move around the island. The house has no parking and depending on the time it is difficult to find a place nearby. Noemí is hostess of 10.

Traumhaft schönes Stadthaus in Llubi

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhigem Ort

Schönes Haus in Llubi

I am Noemi, I love Mallorca and its people. I live in the country side, I love to cook and walk with our dogs. Nice houses with soul and light are my passion, for that reason I work in the real estate!. I spend my free time swimming and discovering the secret beaches of Mallorca.

Why they chose this property

If you like being away from the tourist bustle but just a step away from the services of a traditional village, to buy bread, have a beer in the town bar when you come back from the beach or walking, this is your place. In addition, you can enjoy a good pool for you and your family, relax on a terrace, reading a good book on another terrace, and enjoy a simple, fresh and practical decoration. I'm in love with this house ....

What makes this property unique

Near the beach, touristic tours, bred stores, small supermarkets, weekly market in the central square, calm, tranquility and nice people. A luxury holidays!
