Beautiful spacious detached family home in a wooded area

Very beautiful architect-built detached house surrounded by a garden of 2000 m2 in a dead-end street. In wonderfully peaceful wooded surroundings and also only 300 meters from the climbing dune, the attraction of this area. In addition, within walking distance of the beautiful dunes and the small bustling center with all facilities. Property has 3 spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. Beautiful garden of 1980 m2 with all kinds of wonderful places to enjoy. The ground floor has been completely renovated in 2018. Two spacious living rooms, one with a lovely fireplace and a beautiful, very complete new kitchen. In addition, a parking space on site for two cars.
A trampoline is available for children. All bedrooms have screen doors. In addition, sun blinds are also available for the master bedroom.

Schoorl;
Calm beach, widest dunes
Located at the Schoorlse Duinen National Park, with the widest and highest dunes in the Netherlands, you can relax here until you drop. The beach can only be reached by bicycle, which makes it extra quiet. Camperduin and Hargen aan Zee can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

The village is also known for its cozy center full of terraces and restaurants. The climbing dune in the middle of the village is also such a nice extra. Children cannot be beaten. They walk up slowly and run, fly and then fall down. Falling does not hurt and a smile is insured.

Broad Dune Route
At De Schoorlse Duinen visitor center, where the tourist office is also located, you can go for a lesson about nature and the dunes. Here they also have the dune map, highly recommended if you do not want to get lost in the dune. The Broad Dune Cycle Route also runs through the village. This route is sold by the tourist office in Bergen, where it also starts.

Are you a mountain biker? Then you are really lucky! In the dune area between Schoorl and Bergen lies the most beautiful - but also toughest course in the Netherlands.

Een heerlijk verblijf.Keukenfaciliteiten uitstekend.Badkamers prima maar meer en betere handdoeken aan te raden, tenminste één grote en één kleine ppSlaapkamers ok , maar matrassen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.De verlichting is ingewikkeld en een aantal lampen zoals buitenverlichting werken niet.De ruime woonkamers en tuin zijn heel plezierig en het huis is overall heel comfortabel.Papieren geprinte huisregels ( met wi-fi code) zouden handig zijn.Met openbaar vervoer goed te bereiken.Al met al hebben we een heel prettig verblijf gehad

Late summer dream

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Gegenden auf dem niederländischen Festland. Das Haus verfügt über einen sehr großzügigen Wohnbereich mit unterschiedlichen Zonen und einen riesigen Garten in ruhiger Lage. Was für die Gäste besser geregelt werden muss, ist die Müllentsorgung, für die der Mieter verantwortlich ist. Wir haben nacheinander versucht, den Müll in Schoorl und Bergen loszuwerden, bis wir endlich in Alkmaar Erfolg hatten.

Prima verblijf gehad. Voor 8 personen meer dan voldoende ruimte voor een comfortabel verblijf. Voorzieningen zijn goed, maar matchen niet geheel met de uitstraling van het huis. Waterdruk boven maar matig, tijdens het douchen. Spotjes in de douche voor een deel niet werkend. Communicatie met gastvrouw duidelijk, maar kwam bij mij niet heel gastvrij over. Veel nadruk op wat vooral niet mag.

Familien Treffen in Schoorl

Das Familientreffen in Holland war ein voller Erfolg! Das wunderschöne Haus bot genügend Platz für alle und das herrliche Wetter ermöglichte entspannte Stunden im Garten, Spaziergänge und sogar Sonnenbaden am Strand. Die Stimmung beim grillen war ausgelassen, es gab viel zu lachen und zu erzählen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen in exzellenter Lage

Man kann sich hier sehr wohl fühlen und hat auch mit 8 Personen großzügig Platz. Man wohnt in ruhiger Lage und ist in 2 Minuten (Fahrrad) im Zentrum. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Kleine Mängel: nicht abgeschlossene Bauarbeiten vor dem Haus in der Einfahrt; in einem Schlafzimmer war die frisch bezogene Bettwäsche noch nass; die Mülltonne war voll und ist auch nicht geleert worden; es gab Silberfische im Haus.

Erholsamer Urlaub in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre

Das Haus liegt perfekt, nahe zum Ortskern und zur Düne. Der Garten ist perfekt für die Kinder zum spielen gewesen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr großzügig uns perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und Grundstück

Das Ferienhaus war insgesamt sehr schön. In 1 Schlafzimmer sollten die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden, da sie unterschiedliche Höhe (ca 5-6cm) Differenz haben. Das Bett im nächsten Schlafzimmer knarrt und quietscht bei jeder Drehung. Ansonsten alles soweit ok.

wir nehmen den Angebot bereits seit zwei Jahren in Anspruch - es hat uns (4 Erw. + 4 Kinder: 16J+12J+10J+7J) wieder sehr gut gefallen: zentrale Lage (alle Geschäfte sind in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen) schöne und praktische Ausstattung des Hauses (die EG wurde komplett neu eingerichtet! :-)) und wirklich großer eingezauntes Grundstück - unsere Kinder und wir haben uns die zwei Wochen genossen. Danke für die tolle Zeit

wir (eine Familie mit 4 Kindern 5 bis 15 Jahre und noch 2 Großeltern dazu) haben nichts vermisst - es war sehr schlicht und nett. Das Haus ist mehr als genug groß und bietet, trotz der zentrale Lage, sehr viel Privacy. Wir haben uns besonders über den großen Gartengrill (Weber) und die Fahrräder gefreut. Die Kleinigkeiten mit dem Besteck, Mobilär etc. haben uns nicht gestört eine tolle Zeit verbringen zu können. Eine klare Empfehlung für das Dorf und das Haus. Herzliche Grüße, Familie M.

Fijn ruimtelijk huis

Het huis is ruim en de tuin is ronduit prachtig. Ook de 4 slaapkamers zijn prima. De meeste hebben balkon en muggenhor. 1 slaapkamer heeft een kinderbedje en een twijfelaar. Was voor ons gezelschap met 7 personen perfect. De ligging op loopafstand van het het centrum van Schoorl is heel gunstig. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen.

Für Liebhaber morbiden Charmes

In der Tat: Das Dorf ist schön, das Haus ist geräumig - jedoch keineswegs luxuriös oder eine „Villa“. Die Ausstattung ist maximal durchschnittlich. Die im Inserat verwendeten Fotos sind viele Jahre alt: Der grüne Rasen vorm Haus war durch Pkw-Befahrung teils verschwunden, im Innenraum hingen keine oder andere Bilder (, nämlich irgendwelche Familienfotos,) als auf den Werbefotos im Inserat, die Möbel sind andere, der Fernseher ist ein anderer und steht in einem anderen Raum. In etwa jede dritte Glühbirne war defekt. Es gab ein wildes Sammelsurium von Tellern und Besteck, viel zu wenig für 8 Personen. Die im Inserat beworbenen Gewürze hatten ihr Haltbarkeitsdatum größtenteils um mehrere Jahre überschritten. Die Sauberkeit war sehr fragwürdig: Im Kamin lagen noch die Brennholzreste der Vorgänger, im Haus stand (zu Ostern) noch Weihnachtsschmuck. In der Kaffeemaschine steckte ein verschimmelter benutzter Kaffeefilter. Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt, die darin enthaltenen Pfannen und Töpfe mit Verkrustungen belegt, die auch nach mehrmaliger Wäsche nicht abzubekommen waren. Fahrräder waren reichlich vorhanden, mussten jedoch erstmal mit mitgebrachtem Werkzeug betriebsfähig gemacht werden, damit die Bremsen funktionierten. Zum beworbenen Tischkicker gab es keinen Ball. Der Rasen war gemäht, aber Hecken und Büsche ließen deutlich erkennen, dass nur ein Minimum an liebloser Pflege erfolgte. Zudem waren 2 von 3 Außenleuchten aus der Verankerung gerissen und abgeknickt, die Stromkabel lagen in für Kinder erreichbarem Bereich offen. Der Grill war nicht gereinigt. Fazit: Wer morbiden Charme zu überhöhten Preisen leibt, ist hier genau richtig.
