Our Villa La Guionie is located in the town of Montignac Lascaux (Dordogne) only 500m from the legendary site Lascaux Caves.
Just 3 minutes from the center of Montignac, where all amenities are available (supermarket, regional markets, bars, restaurants ...), our property of 3400 m² is completely fenced and has a beautiful view of the countryside nearby.
You can rest and spend pleasant moments of relaxation by the hexagonal private pool of 8.40 * 7. 20m.
The house of 120 m2, built in 2009, has 3 terraces to your sunny or shady convenience, large kitchen, living room with pool table, bathroom shower and bath, living room with TV, sofas, 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms are equipped with 140 beds, and 1 bedroom composed of 2 beds of 90, all for a capacity of 8 people.
The location of the house is perfect for discovering the Dordogne, in the Vézère Valley and only 20 minutes from Sarlat (Dordogne valley).
You can multiply the visits, such as, villages, caves, castles, canoeing, nature walks, mountain biking, horseback, motorcycle, regional markets, etc ...
Discover the Lascaux caves, the international festival (art, dance and world music), you will spend moments full of memories.

Bon séjour malgré quelques remarques

Emplacement très agréable en pleine campagne, à proximité du centre et des grottes de Lascaux. La maison était agréable et spacieuse. Joliment décorée et bien chauffée ! Très appréciable en hiver. Je note toutefois que l’annonce parlait de la présence d’un billard, ce qui nous avait fait choisir cette maison. Finalement absent, le propriétaire semble avoir mis à jour l’annonce depuis. Je regrette par contre l’absence de rencontre avec le propriétaire ( surtout quand il y a quelques défauts comme choc comme un mur, absence de lumière dans le réfrigérateur, fond d’armoire branlant, et vu plus tard un lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas très bien) et le forfait ménage a 150 euros (ça reste cher comparé à d’autres maisons). Malgré ces quelques remarques qui peuvent se corriger, Je recommande toutefois la maison, nous y avons passé un moment très agréable.

En vacances une semaine dans le Périgord nous avons apprécié le logement d'Alexandre. Il est situé en pleine verdure. Au calme. La maison est grande et bien agencée. Parfait pour se déconnecter. Nous recommandons cet hôte.

Belle maison spacieuse et lumineuse, très belle pièce à vivre. Grand jardin avec double terrasse. Bien située à proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques. En revanche le barbecue n'est pas utilisable, vieux tout rouillé, dommage et il n'y a pas de billard.

Excellentes vacances dans une maison agréable dans une zone au calme

Excellent contact avec Alexandre. La maison est très lumineuse et situé dans une zone calme et agréable proche des zones touristiques. Possible de faire de chouette balade à pied dans la nature. La propriété est pourvue d'un grand terrain très apprécié des enfants. Piscine agréable et suffisamment grande. Eau un peu froide, une bâche pourrait être utile pour garder la température. 4 chambres suffisamment grandes . Cuisine équipée très pratique, billard, machine à laver, transats... tout y est, même les volets permettant de dormir au frais et sans nuisibles. A prévoir : renouvellement de certains ustensiles de cuisine et du pommeau de douche. Un matelas d'une qualité supérieure dans les chambres des adultes seraient un plus également.

Séjour très agréable de 2 semaines en famille. Maison calme, très agréable, fonctionnelle, propre et conforme aux photos . Les 2 terrasses sont bien orientées, la piscine est suffisamment grande pour bien s'amuser et la vue très reposante . La cuisine est moderne et pratique ainsi que la salle de bain. Suggestion : ajouter un couteau à pain, un miroir en pied et des photos de la cuisine et de la salle de bain dans l'annonce car elles sont très biens. A recommander sans hésitation.

Séjour parfait et maison idéale pour les vacances!

Vacances du 03 au 10 septembre avec une météo vraiment superbe et par conséquent nous avons profiter pleinement de la piscine! Maison très spacieuse qui correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Au calme et à moins de 5min du centre de Montignac, la maison est idéalement placée...
