Casa Catalogna A, Historic Center of Lipari
Catalonia is located in a quiet area of a residential complex about 200 meters from the historic center, in the locality of Ponte. The closest beach is the '' Praia Portinente '' at about 600 meters. The house consists of an independent apartment on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six people and has: two bedrooms (one double, the other with two joinable singles), a living room kitchen with sofa bed (one single), large bathroom with shower. Catalonia has a terrace equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue and is surrounded by a garden. In addition to the necessary, it is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, satellite TV, air conditioning and fans.

Séjour reposant à Lipari
La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. On trouve des commerces juste à côté et on apprécie de prendre les repas sur la terrasse après le cocktail à Marina Corta tout proche. Concetta est une personne très fiable et organisée.

Très beau logement, dans un petit jardin potager et fruitier très sympathique
Nous avons été tres bien reçus, appartement très bien équipé, propre, confortable. Concetta est venue nous chercher en voiture au port et nous a bien indiqué comment nous débrouiller en ville. Néanmoins, venez avec un programme bien bouclé car l’office du tourisme local est peu disert et les propositions disponibles dans le logement sont peu variées.

La tranquillità e lo spazio a due passi dal paese pieno di vita di Lipari
Abbiamo passato quasi una settimana in questa bella casa ampia, ben accessoriata, tranquilla e con un bellissimo spazio fuori, Concetta e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti, sono venuti a prenderci e ad riaccompagnarci in macchina al porto e ci hanno dato molte indicazioni su come vivere al meglio Lipari. La casa è comodissima anche senza macchina perché a piedi si raggiunge velocemente tutto dal supermercato, al corso principale del paese ai due porti Marina Lunga e Marina Corta da cui partono tutte le escursioni in barca e gli autobus-

Au calme, magnifique jardin, et pas loin de la ville
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Concetta : l'appartement est grand, le quartier est très calme, mais tout prêt du centre ville, le jardin est magnifique et c'est un plaisir de s'y retrouver en fin de journée pour se reposer des grandes ballades à pied! et la propriétaire est venue nous chercher au port et nous y a ramené. Merci Concetta pour tout et bonne suite!

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine dans cette maison. L'étage supérieur est également en location par les mêmes propriétaires.
Le mari de Concetta nous a récupérés lors de notre arrivée. Concetta nous a ramenés au port lors de notre départ. Merci pour leur accueil. Sinon, il faut environ 20 minutes tranquilles à pied . La location est agréable, composée de 2 chambres principales, une cuisine et une sdb. Nous avons profité d'une terrasse et du jardin des propriétaires.
La location se situe à 5' à pied du quartier historique de Lipari, très agréable à arpenter. La location est ainsi à l'écart de l'activité et du bruit de la ville garantissant sa tranquillité.
Pour louer une voiture, un vélo ou un scooter vous pouvez compter sur Scolaro Bruno, Stradale Pianoconte. Epicerie largement recommandable à proximité: Sapori & Salute Via G Franza.
En revanche, la plage indiquée à proximité, Portinente, est toute petite et est vite remplie...
La nuit, pour les amateurs, vous apprécierez le concert de chiens....
