Old farmhouse at Elba overlooking two seas

"Case Danesi", an 1700 farmhouse situated on a hill that overlooks two seas, on the one hand an olive trees garden and overlooking the bay of Bagnaia, on the other hand, the view of the sea with the wild beach of Zupignano.
The unique location between the two bays allows you to look over breathtaking landscapes ; a private garden to enjoy moments of relaxation in absolute silence .
The accommodation can host up to six people.
Guests can enjoy a garden, a parking space equipped with a roof, a private path that allows you to reach one of the most beautiful and savage beaches of the island.In addition with an extra charge you can use the tennis courts located in a short distance from the house.
In the pretty village of Bagnaia there is the most famous international sailing school of the island, managed by a German organization ( Segelzentrum Elba ).
No areas will be shared with the owners.
Around the house there are many paths for lovely walks for the Rock Castle Volterraio or for exciting mountain biking.
In a short distance ( 1.6 km ) there is also a beach in the bay of Bagnaia , as well as several restaurants with typical local food .
You must try the restaurant of Bagnaia " Il Faro" , that offers an incredible sunset on the rock of Portoferraio .
Not to miss the essence of the island is recommended to use a car to get around the most beautiful beaches of the Elba island ; there are also two covered parking spaces included.

Hot Summer

The location of the holiday home is very nice. you have a great view of the bay and Portoferraio. Unfortunately, the house lacks air conditioning or at least fly screens. so the nights were tiring. We spent a great family vacation here.

Ein sehr hübscher Fleck Erde! Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber wunderschön und charmant. Die Lage ist wunderbar, wir haben Ruhe und Erholung gesucht und gefunden. Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet, alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Woche war definitiv zu kurz.

Sehr, sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage ( Meerblick, Garten, Oliventerrassen, alter Baustil :-) ) mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern, top Kommunikation in kurzer Zeit und insgesamt genau so, wie es idealer Weise sein sollte :D Wir kommen 100% wieder und freuen uns bereits jetzt darauf! Auch das kein WLan und TV war wirklich mal super! Holiday at its best: We love to come back ! Thanx a lot ;-)

Schöne ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht

Rustikales Haus im toskanischen Stil. Ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Alles nötige vorhanden ( außer WLAN, was ebenfalls erholsam ist). Auto sollte man haben! Allerdings viele Treppen, daher für Kleinkinder eher nicht geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieter. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Casale rustico ma con tutti i comfort necessari. Immerso nella natura che domina la vallata. Ampio spazio all aperto. Lo consiglio a tutti. Unico neo , la vicina di casa , persona insopportabile, andrebbe chiuso l accesso alla proprietà.

Bellissima location

Posto idilliaco! La colazione al mattino con il mare all'orizzonte resterà per sempre uno dei miei più cari ricordi! Ottimo per chi ha bambini, perché gli spazi all'interno e all'esterno non mancano!
