The house has a superb location overlooking the Cornish coast and commands breathtaking sea and coastal views. Situated at the tip of the Lizard peninsula (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), Parc Bean is an idyllic location.
Warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for family or a romantic escape! Architect designed open plan living with panoramic views from vast windows, including stunning master bedroom sea views. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from the expansive outdoor terrace and dinning area.
The property is equipped with Sky TV, wi-fi, dvd player and a cosy wood burner. Hot Tub rental available on request.
Two minute walk down to the beach (Non Swimming Beach, but stunning to walk along, dog friendly and you can often spot seals, and have even seen a whale!). Coastal paths in both directions with lovely walks and breathtaking views. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to swimming beach very child friendly. Lovely pub within five minutes walk with great food. A 15 minute drive, or 45 minute beautiful walk across cliff paths with stunning views, to picturesque Porthleven Harbour, shops and restaurants including Rick Stein. Stunning costal Mullion golf course is a 15 minute drive away.
