Great place for a family trip

This lovely, well furnished house with large well equipped kitchen was a perfect place for our multi-generational family gathering. An easy drive to anywhere in Austin made it a great base from which to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again.

A win!

We stayed here for our family holiday weekend, the despite the rain, the house was a great spot for me and my family! The kitchen was our favorite, a great gathering spot, and though we couldn’t use the outdoor area very much it was great to have. The pull out sofa was a little uncomfy, but still got the job done.

Great weekend away with friends

This house was a perfect oasis for our very fun girl's trip to Austin in late June. After site-seeing all day, we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail pool and the cozy deck as welcome places to relax. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and the beds were wonderful. The house is an easy, short car ride from everything fun. Thanks so much for a great place to stay.

Great house, outdoor spaces, near to downtown Austin and airport

This house was perfect for 5 adults; 3 bedrooms- comfortable beds, unique fun decorating, Austin music and Austin "weird" themed. The weather was fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The home is 10 min from most any place you want to go in Austin. Many fabulous food locations to eat!! I hope we get to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay on this property. Lynn and Jerry were very easy to communicate. They helped us get a fan and ice delivered to alleviate issues we had with one of the overhead fans which was amazing. Huge kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. Perfect location. Amazing outdoor space with tons of seating. Comfortable beds with plenty of indoor seating as well.

Great 3 day trip in Austin

This property is so pretty. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, very clean and updated. It was a quick girls weekend to visit my niece in Austin. It was just the right size for five women. We loved the cocktail pool, big enough to cool off and sit around the sides. The many outside seating areas had great outdoor furniture and the side deck next to the kitchen was convenient to have our coffee in the morning. Our hostess was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

An Austin Hidden Gem!

Property was fabulous overall! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home, with plenty of room to entertain with a ton of amenities(coffee station was excellent). It was great to be within a few minutes of all the downtown austin hot spots. We only had some minor confusion at check-in that was a bit frustrating but the hosts Lyn and Jerry were quick to rectify the situation. Would definitely stay again.

Great for a Girls Weekend!!

This property was even better than the pictures! So much space for all of our group to sleep comfortably and to hang out on our one night in. It’s super close to downtown, so catching Ubers to anywhere we needed to be was easy and quick. The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay and even after as we are trying to retrieve a lost item. They was also super helpful with recommendations before our stay as well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again and again for any trips to Austin!

Great home centrally located in Austin with all the amenities you could want. Offered refreshments, snacks, and had a keurig. Great for large groups (family reunions, bachelorette parties, etc). Great communication with property managers, responded within the hour. Everything very clean.

Incredible home!

eight of us stayed her for a Bachelorette weekend and we LOVED it. Pics dont do it justice, the yard is amazing, the pool was nice, endless out door seating and stringed lights. Kitchen was beyond stocked with everything you could need, both bathrooms had vreat showers. View from the master was so nice. Neighborhood felt very safe, communication with instructions was great, we had no problems. 8 of slept, got ready, sat in pool, enjoyed everything with no problems. would stay again!

Exceeded expectations!

Can a vrbo be spacious and feel cozy at the same time? Can you be close to all the happenings and still feel secluded? Can you feel at home while in new surroundings? Yesss!!. This place was way better than the pictures and the pictures were pretty attractive. We were very comfortable and left wanting for nothing. We didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Lynn and Jerry for providing such a magnificent place to stay.

Cancelled at the last minute

We were unable to stay at this property, as our reservation was cancelled the morning of the confirmed booking. I had not received an access code, so I called VRBO's call center. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with the call center, I learned that the property owner had not maintained their VRBO calendar and had double booked the property, We were denied access to the property.
