Villa Andreas is a luxury villa located in the upper area of ​​Daratsos near the beach of Agioi Apostolos and the Golden Coast, in the prefecture of Chania, Crete. The Villa is only 2 minutes by car from the beach and 8 minutes by car from the city of Chania! The villa is well equipped, offering fantastic family accommodation with all the comforts.
Villa consists of 4 modernly designed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is located in the master bedroom. Also in the open space on the 1st floor there is a double bed which is created with a curtain another bedroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with satellite TV and an open kitchen and two dining rooms. 1 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 of the 3 bathrooms are on the ground floor!
Villa Andreas has large terraces with panoramic views of the Bay of Agios Apostolos and the Golden Coast and the city of Chania! The sunrise and sunset are amazing too! The villa has a barbecue a very modern and large private pool with very comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas!

Common goverments quiet time table in Greece is, for summer period from 15:00 to 17:30 in the afternoon and from 23:00 at night till 07:00 in the morning.
Law 5073/2023 fee per night payable upon arrival, 4 euros November- February or 10 euros March-October.

The villa was built in 2013 and from 2014 it operates as a tourist accommodation. The fact that i live in Chania gives me the ability to be always at the disposal of my guests and provide them with useful and relevant information. I am sure that the villa will amaze you and i hope that you will hear the same music in your head, as i hear, when i gaze the magical view that it offers!
