Ideal for families. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one big living-room with sea-views. Fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer ,oven, micro-wave , iron hand,etc ,laundry room with washing machine .
Great apartment high quality furnished, two terraces.
Master bedroom has a double bed, room 2 one single bed and a sofa bed , access to its own terrace. room 3 two twin beds. possibility folding bed.
Livingroom has a big table ,one sofa,armchair , TV 4k hifi and wifi . Bookcase, cupboard , access to the second terrace with table and chairs.

Fantastic Blanes

We were overly pleased with our stay, host was so kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had extremely nice furnishings throughout with a great view of the ocean and sunrise! The area is magnificent, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and friendly helpful staff.

Nice apartment en great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed was an air-conditioning. That would have made this apartment a 5 star one.

Lovely flat. Perfect location and the most wonderful host.

Fantastic view of the sea and the Castle in the distance from the deck. Everything you could need and very central to the town. Francoise and her husband are the nicest people can’t do enough for you. She even left us a jug of homemade Sangria, which was the best we’ve taste. We had a very nice relaxing visit and stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing Blanes Apt

Blanes was everything we wanted it to be and Francoise’s apartment was perfect. It is even better than the photos and well appointed with household items, beach towels, etc. The location is amazing- right across the street from the beach and so close to the downtown area, the beach cafes and we walked to botanical gardens. Francoise was a great host- responsive but not intrusive and even made us Sangria for our Welcome.

Excellent location, charming and very clean apartment

We stayed in Blanes for a week and really enjoyed staying in this very charming and clean apartment. The owners are amazing. As we arrived Christmas Eve when the shops were already closed, they had bought us food and even baked a delicious cake! The reservation, check in and check out process was also easy and smooth. Our kids loved the location across from the beach where they could run and play. We would recommend renting from Francoise and her husband.

Enjoyable stay

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment with amazing sea views. The attention to detail and all the extras that were provided by Françoise were above and beyond our expectations. If there was a negative it was occasionally noisy from the traffic and pedestrians but this didn't bother us and provided ample opportunity for 'people watching'. We would definitely return.

Lovely Seaside Spain Stay

Françoise was wonderful to communicate with and the apartment had everything that we needed and more (fresh sangria! Some water and juices for the kids too). It felt like staying at a kind distance relative's home. Sparkling clean and homey.The beach is just a few steps across the street which made things so much easier with young kids. The town is lively much later than we expected but even so, we slept well during our stay in Blanes. Very happy with our stay!

Wonderful Xmas Time break in Blanes

The property manager Françoise was in contact with us as soon as we made the booking, and answered any questions we had in perfect English. She was extremely helpful in finding out train information for us over the holiday period. She welcomed us at the apartment, and had left some lovely seasonal treats in addition to basic food stuffs. The apartment was easily the best equipped we have ever stayed in - a real comfortable home from home. The location was just right for us, within easy walking distance of the shops and seafront, and with that wonderful sea view - we could watch the sun rise each morning. Being winter, the roads adjacent to the building were not so busy, parking was easy, and it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed the atmosphere of Blanes - being out of season it did not feel at all touristy, and thankfully all the cafés that were open were genuinely Catalonian. In summary, the experience was "brilliant"- gracies Françoise.

Best VRBO rental to date!

This was our best family vacation by far and mainly to the credit of Françoise’s lovely apartment. From the point of booking to checking out, Françoise was a dream. She went above and beyond host responsibilities. In fact, when we departed she felt more like our sweet mom than a host. The apartment is located conveniently in Blanes, Costa Brava, making daily trips to surrounding beach towns easy and accessible. We visited over 5 beach towns in 1 week and in the end consider Blanes our favorite. The town didn’t feel overly touristy and is filled with little gems for dining & shopping. The apartment was more than sufficient for a family of 5 and 1 guest. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared and the laundry was ideal to accommodate daily clothes washing. Bonus: this permitted us to travel with carry-ons only!! Françoise was an amazing communicator answering all our inquiries and providing helpful recommendations. Even better, she found a babysitter for us which we used most of the week. She shared her games for the children, provided beach towels and some toys, extra linens, a few items for the pantry, a robust supply of cleaning items and homemade Sangria upon arrival. This was the best Sangria we had in Spain. There are two lovely patios perfect for watching the sun rise and sun set. A large dining table for us to have family meals, 2 perfect bathrooms (one with a tub) and a modern television with Netflix. It’s hard to fully articulate how wonderful our stay was - all our expectations were exceeded and we are truly grateful!! Will be back for sure!!

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer

Vom Empfang am Anreisetag bis zum Abschied am Abreisetag haben wir uns in der Wohnung von Francoise sehr wohl gefühlt. Francoise und Ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war immer schnell und problemlos. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet und die Lage und der Ausblick sind grandios. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Für uns war diese Ferienwohnung perfekt. Die Wohnung ist groß, stilvoll eingerichtet und alles tip tip sauber. Es gab alles was wir brauchten und noch mehr - lediglich ein Geschirrspüler wäre toll gewesen, aber für uns war die vorhandene Waschmaschine wichtiger. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war problemlos und unglaublich nett. Wir wurden mit Sangria, Süßigkeiten und einigen Getränken im Kühlschrank empfangen. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche durch frische ersetzt. Vom Balkon der Wohnung und durch die großen Fenster im Wohn- und Esszimmer hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Felsen, die den Anfang der Costa Brava markieren. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße überqueren- perfekt. Ins Zentrum von Blanes ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze , aber 100 Meter entfernt beginnt ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz. Es ist durch die Kreuzung vor dem Haus ein wenig laut, aber für uns kein Problem. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir sind traurig das der Urlaub vorbei ist. Rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und wir sehr gut von Deutschland nach Spanien durchgekommen sind, waren wir etwas zu früh in Blanes. Aber das war überhaupt kein Problem und durften sogar früher in die Wohnung. Das war natürlich super nett. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr einladend eingerichtet, mit Wlan und Smart TV. In der Küche war absolut alles vorhanden, plus noch Gewürze, Öl, ein paar Getränke. Das Highlight war die selbstgemachte Sangria, vielen Dank. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, direkt im Leben von Blanes.

Un super séjour à Blanes !

Un accueil parfait : ponctualité, sourire, bienveillance et de petites attention en prime ( sangria, fruits, gâteaux ). L’appartement est spacieux et propre. De style typique espagnol, il est très bien équipé pour passer un excellent séjour. Linge de maison et de plage fournis. Proche des commodités, de plusieurs supérettes et d’un supermarché mercadona.. idéal pour faire ses courses à pied. Belle vue et proximité directe de la mer !! Certes le coin est un peu bruyant le soir mais quel plaisir d’avoir, bars, restaurants et discothèques à proximité immédiate : mes ados ont fortement apprécié. Tout est positif !!! Un grand merci à Françoise pour son accueil et qui nous a même permis de libérer l’appartement ce matin à 7h30. Fort appréciable.

Merci Luis pour votre commentaire. Nous essayons de faire tout le possible pour que nos hôtes aient un séjour des plus confortables, qu´ils se sentent comme chez eux à Maricel . Il est vrai que vû la situation de l´appartement juste devant la mer, durant l´été, Blanes étant une destination très recherchée , juillet et août sont deux mois ou il y a beaucoup d´afffluence et ce qui produit un peu plus de bruit que durant les autres mois de l´année. . Nous espérons avoir la chance de pouvoir vous recevoir à Maricel ,dans une autre occasion.

La plage aux premières loges

Bien situé avec juste la route à traverser pour jouir de la plage (quelques inconvénients de bruit néanmoins) et à quelques 300m des commerces du centre ville. Belle location, assez spacieuse et commode pour nos vacances. Merci à Françoise pour ses petites attentions et son accueil. Séjour très agréable !

Superbe appartement à deux pas de la mer

Nous avons passé sept jours/nuits dans l'appartement de Françoise. Il est particulièrement propre et très bien équipé. Tout y est ! (Vaisselle, produits de première nécessité, linges de maison...). L'appartement est situé à dix mètres de la plage et offre une vue sur la mer exceptionnelle. Les commodités (restaurants, supermarchés, centre ville, marché...)sont toutes accessibles à pied. Un parking gratuit est à deux minutes de l'appartement. Blanes est un endroit familial .Françoise est une hôte vraiment adorable, disponible, soucieuse de notre confort et donnant de précieux conseils. Un endroit à recommander sans hésitation ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

El apartamento es muy grande, luminoso, bien localizado frente a la playa y al centro. Todo muy muy limpio. Tiene de todo, hasta el más mínimo de detalle y la propietaria es muy agradable. Si volvemos a Blanes, repetiremos sin duda. Gracias
