Living room corner sofa, 8-person table, sideboard and corner unit for 127 cm TV. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer. Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and large wardrobe, plus one bedroom with 4 single 90 cm beds and wardrobe. Shower room with large walk-in shower (170x100), double sinks and towel dryer. Lovely apartment with everything needed

The three of us spent 10 days in Magali and Alains apartment and would highly recommend it for a stay. My French is not great but we managed between Host and myself to get all checked in with google translator :) The apartment was situated in the prime location for Valras’s beach, restaurants and to drive out for visiting other sights and beaches in region. The apartment balcony was nice enough for three but maybe a squeeze to get about with 5-8 eating. Road car noise non existent, neighbours ok for a built up area but it was a tad noisier on the weekend. Bathroom was perfect with His/Her sinks which was nice, and the shower lovely after a day on the beach. Bedrooms had loads of storage space and beds a decent size. Son slept well enough in his bunk bed room. Kitchen facilities were perfect and just what you will need for full self catering, the fridge lovely and big/cold for beers/wine/food! Lunch/Dinner you’ll be spoilt for choice with all of them catering for young children well enough. Local shops had essentials but big supermarkets in Serigan 10 min drive away. The Valras local shops seemed to open later on Sunday if seeking any needs for the afternoon. Magali was kind enough to provide beach toys for our son to use which was a godsend and he loved using them on the beach for the whole holiday. 
We had to check out at 630 for an early flight and the hosts were more than happy at such an untraditional hour :) Merci Beaucoup Magali/Alain.

Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Reihe vom Strand aus. Das hat den Vorteil, dass dieser Bereich verkehrsberuhigt ist. Dennoch hat man, von der Terrasse und vom Wohnbereich, einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und groß, man kann sich wohlzufühlen. Die Küche ist auch sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Das Auto kann in der Einfahrt zum Haus mit verschließbarem Tor geparkt werden.Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das ist sehr angenehm.In der Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen, sehr gut aufgestellten Supermarkt, Bäckerei, kleine Restaurants.Die Strandpromenade, die zur City führt, ist schön gestaltet.Die Vermieter Alain & Magali sind sehr hilfsbereit, vertrauenswürdig und großzügig.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren als Familie 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder vom 05.07. bis 19.07.2025 in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Den Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer haben wir morgens beim Frühstück im Sonnenschein sehr genossen. Die Abendunterhaltung in Valras Plage ist ungefähr 1.5 km entfernt. Gegen 21: 30 finden täglich auf einem öffentlichen Platz Verranstaltungen statt. Nah genug um sie bei einem Spaziergang an der Promenade fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen und weit genug weg um nachts ruhig schlafen zu können. Jede Menge Restaurants, Eisdielen und Geschäfte sind vorhanden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.Ein Stern Abzug aufgrund der nicht ausreichenden Klimaanlage. Es ist eine funktionstüchtige Klimaanlage vorhanden welche im Flur hängt. Diese reicht nicht aus um alle Zimmer zu kühlen. Leider reicht sie auch nicht aus um spürbar den Wohn-Essbereich zu kühlen. Hier sollten weitere Klimaanlagen installiert werden.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die liebevolle Gestaltung der Ferienwohnung. Die Lampen sind ein echter Hingucker. Wer abends gut lüftet kann auch ohne Klimaanlage einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Sehr breit gepfelegt und flach abfallend ins Meer.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub, in einer tollen Ferienwohnung. Mit absolut tollen Gastgebern. Auch wenn wir der französischen Sprache nicht wirklich mächtig sind. Hat Dank genügend Übersetztungs APPs die Kommunikation für das einchecken und auscheckensuper funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist nur 2min. Vom Strand entfernt. Morgends hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Beziers sowie Carcassonne sind schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. A bientôt chère famille Arrago.

Erholsame Tage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Von der Wohnung genießt man einen Blick auf das Meer, die Lage in zweiter Reihe stellt sicher, dass man nicht das Gefühl hat, von jedem Promenadengänger gesehen zu werden. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die Nähe zum Meer einer Familie mit kleinen Kindern einen stressfreien Weg an den Strand. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Apparemment très spacieux, propre, très très bien équipé et très bon goût pour la décoration. Propriétaires accueillants et présents en cas de besoin , sans oublier très sympathiques. Merci beaucoup

Magali und Alain haben uns und meinen Hund Nemo herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns alles erläutert. Sie sind sehr liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und tierlieb. Wir hatten zehn tolle Tage mit herrlichem Sonnenschein mit Temperaturen bis 22 Grad im Februar. Die Wohnung ist sehr stielvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vorallem der wundervolle Blick und die kurze Entfernung zum Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Doppelbetten waren sehr bequem (hohe Empfindlichkeit nach Wirbelsäulen Operation meinerseits) jedoch eines davon etwas kurz. Dies soll laut den Vermietern ausgetauscht werden. Leider konnten wir keinen stabilen Zugang zum Wlan aufbauen. Das möchte Alain noch verbessern. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Très bon séjour

Le logement est très bien placé face à la mer. Il est également en parfait état et d'une propreté impeccable. Les locataires sont flexibles pour les heures d'arrivées et de départs. Je conseil vivement ce logement.

Un séjour les pieds dans l'eau :-)

Nous avons séjourné dans ce très bel appartement, entièrement rénové et redécoré pendant 15 jours en août 2021. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : la vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse, la proximité avec la plage à pieds (moins de 100m), le calme, le confort et la propreté des lieux. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et sympathiques et nous ont donné plein de conseils pour découvrir les environs. Une destination que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Superbe

Accueil chaleureux par Mme et M. Arrago dans ce très bel appartement rénové récemment. Les prestations sont top: c'est spacieux avec 3 belles chambres, confortable, très propre et la cuisine très bien équipée ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Quel plaisir en plus de profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur mer au petit-déjeuner ! ! La magnifique plage de sable avec une mer limpide est tout près. On peut faire de belles balades à pied ou à vélo sur le sentier du littoral qui longe la mer. Côté courses, le marché est à environ 15 min à pied sinon il y a un Lidl et un Carrefour à 7 min en voiture. On a passé un excellent séjour avec une grosse envie de revenir 😊

Sehr schöne, strandnahe Ferienwohnung !!

Wir haben die Zeit in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. An Geräten war alles vorhanden was man so braucht! Die Küchenutensilien etwas spärlich vorhanden aber okay. Dafür sehr viel schönes Geschirr in den Schränken. Für große Leute sind die Betten etwas zu kurz. Alles in allem war alles schön und gut. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett und die An- und Abreise war nach Absprache auch ganz problemlos. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
