Powder Run Premier Unit - All NEW Corner unit with views, Private Hot Tub !!

We just are completed a 100% remodel of the unit in December 2019 for the 2020 ski season. Be the first to see the best unit in all of the Lower Deer Valley area. You cannot find a better location, walk out the condo, and 100ft to the Lower Deer Valley Lodge ! Check out the views from the Family Room. This 2BR and 2BA condo has all you need to sleep your family or friends after a great day on the slopes. The back patio has a private jacuzzi tub, and the real wood burning fireplace will keep you comfy each night !

During this season of Covid-19 we are going above and beyond the VRBO guidelines for cancellation. If the state of UT, the county of Summit, Park City or the Deer Valley Resort increase their restrictions after 11/1/2020 and thru the ski season, we will allow you to cancel your stay anytime prior to your stay with full refund if requested within 48 hours of the new, more restrictive policies. Even during your stay, if there are changes in COVID guidelines that close the resort, we will refund any remaining days of your stay that you depart by 10am.

The new remodel includes all new Thermador Appliances, hard surface flooring thru-out, 2 custom showers, and 2 oversized Master bedrooms. The Kitchen and Family Room are open concept centered around 11FT X 4FT ISLAND to gather for meals, games, and great conversation.

Located at Lower Deer Valley means you are just 150 feet from the slopes, Ski School, and all the amenities of Deer Valley Resort. Located just 1 mile from downtown Park City, and you can drive, or take the free city bus which stops in front of the condo building every 20-30 minutes.

We have secured, underground parking for your vehicle, and a ski locker just down the hall from the condo for all your ski gear. Also the Deer Valley Resort offers overnght ski storage as well.

This comfortable and fully furnished condo is an ideal vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and an additional bunkbed with full size mattresses. Easily to sleep 6.

The Kitchen has every needed amenity and overlooks the open floor plan from Kitchen, to Dining, to Family Room. The oversized Family Room has wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and the large ajoining deck with views of the whole Deer Valley Resort.

The back patio has a 6ft x 6ft New Jacuzzi tub to relax away the evening after a great day of skiing.

Amazing anniversary trip

My wife and I wanted something different to celebrate our 48 wedding anniversary. This property was beyond our wildest expectations. From the minute we opened the front door we felt right at home. The decor was beautiful and the location could not been any more convenient to the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a couples get away or a family.

An amazing property for a family ski trip...newly renovated condo with tons of space located just steps from skis school. Very short bus ride into Park City Main Street. Owner was very very responsive when small issues came up. Kids also loved the hot tub.

Great Deer Valley Ski Rental

Location is superb. It’s as close as you can get to the lower main lodge. The place itself is clean and modern with great amenities. Perfect for families with younger kids. Would have no hesitation renting again.

Great ski weekend in Deer Valley

The condo is a great location just a short walk to the snow park lodge, there is a free ski valet to leave your skis overnight so you don’t even have to carry your skis very far! The condo was great, beds were comfy and the hot tub was clean and perfect after a day of skiing. We had a great family weekend, Thanks!

Our new favorite place to stay in Deer Valley

We have been coming to Deer Valley for Spring Break and Christmas/New Year for 6-years now and this was our favorite place we have stayed. Location is great, the condo perfect and the views are amazing. The owner was very helpful. Looking forward to our next stay there.

The apartment was absolutely awesome! Just steps from the lifts at Deer Valley and very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And the property manager was great and very responsive. We hope to be back!

Perfect location - great host

This stay was everything we expected. Clean modern property view the slopes from the Jacuzzi and the easiest walk over to the resort. We have a two year-old and used our stroller. It was nice to not have to get in/ out of the car to get there. When we had questions, the host responded promptly, we will definitely come back!

Long weekend family ski trip

Great communication and easy to get in touch with. Fantastic location right across the street from Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge and on to the slopes. There’s a free overnight ski storage for Deer Valley at the base there, which is also convenient. Hot tub was enjoyed by kids and adults after a full day on the slopes. Hopefully will be back! Property was really nicely decorated and well appointed.

Great Property

Fantastic stay. Easy to communicate with the host and the property was as nice as was pictured. The location can't get any better and is a 2-minute walk to the main lodge. Leave your skis overnight at Deer Valley for more convenience. Not having to pack up the kids in the car and then find parking made it extremely convenient. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a full day of skiing and being able to watch the late skiers come down on their last runs from the hot tub was enjoyable. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful condo, great host!

Wonderful 3 weeks in Park City with my wife and 9 & 6 yr old boys. Steve's (the owner/host) condo was beautiful, clean, and a completely first class experience! The condo (and the views) are even better in person than in the pictures. Very few Deer Valley condo owners ever take the time/energy/expense of updating and renovating their units - most units are a hodgepodge of whatever leftover fruniture the owner has, old towels and sheets, dingy flooring/carpeting, maybe with the idea that a rental unit isn't worth investing time and money in? But not this unit! This unit is one of the very few exceptions! Steve clearly put a lot of time and thought and money into renovating the unit - it's very modern, warm and comfortable. All appliances are brand new and excellent, towels and bedding looked brand new, everything was clean and perfect! Steve was very welcoming and readily available to answer questions. He took the time to reach out and message me just hours after I booked the unit, gave me his cell number, and even took the time to forward a list of Deer Valley summer activities shortly before we arrived. Loved staying, didn't want to leave, would stay again in a second! Thanks Steve!

Although I now live in Scottsdale, AZ, I am just a call/text/email away, love to help our guests, and run a large construction company based in Utah to handle any spur of the moment needs.
