Close to Bike Trails. New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 78A, near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed. My neighbor at 22 Smalls Ave also rents. Plan a family or friend week.

Dogs: Friendly dogs only. My insurance will not allow me to have aggressive dogs: No Dobermans, German Shepards, Rottweilers, or Pitbulls, or any other dog that has an aggressive history.
I have A security cameras that I turn off when I you get there. So I will see the type of dog that arrives. Thank you for being compliant. I like to keep my property safe

Great week long stay, Chris was an amazing host. The house was perfect for the family and dog! The porch was everyone’s favorite place to be. Well maintained fenced in yard and patio with a grill we couldn’t have asked for more.

Nice older cottage with the right updates. Great backyard for our dog and a very comfortable enclosed back porch. The queen mattress has been well used and could be replaced. The host was very clear and helpful.

We had a wonderful week at this property! Plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 dogs. LOVE the room at the back of the house with lots of windows and skylights. Very bright and cheerful. The easy walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile. Chris, the host, was very communicative and told us when the property was cleaned so we could get in right away. Especially thankful for that because our arrival day was really hot! Walking distance to several restaurants and the new outdoor bar, The Backyard by Foleys. Would highly recommend!

This home is simple, warm and cozy—just right for an early spring, 70th birthday celebration! There was easy access to a beach close by, and close distance to Hyannis and all the spots we love to frequent on Cape Cod. The owner was accessible, easy to communicate with and very friendly. This will now be our “go to” place to stay on the Cape, and we look forward to returning!!!

We had a better than expected stay. Super cute, comfortable house in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Great yard for the dogs. Wish we stayed longer!

Wonderful Cape Cod cottage with a newer large sunroom showcasing the large fenced in yard. Close to a variety of restaurants and many beaches. We wanted a quick getaway with our dogs and it met and exceeded our expectations! Chris the owner was very communicative too.

I bought this property as a gift to myself and a legacy to my family, after I raised them and sent them to college. I worked full time plus as a Home Care Nurse. I'm on the right in the photo. The other lady is my cousin. I am now happily retired

Why they chose this property

This house is an all season house that has such good bones that reflects a 1940's standard. We did updating with a deck, outdoor shower and all new appliances, as well as a new bathroom and kitchen updates. The yard has been regraded and seeded, and now has an irrigation system, that runs at night. There is a gated picket fence that holds in dogs and children This property is a total joy for me to share with friends, old and new. This centrally located property is east access to Rt. 6 and many beaches. The closest is Inman Beach, 1/2 mile away on the southern side. The water is warm

What makes this property unique

What makes this home great is the location. It is 10 minutes from the former Exit going South from Rt. 6 at Dennisport, near the major shopping area. Stop and Shop is on the left after you exit. This is a grocery store. It is an easy drive to get to the cottage, and it is off of the main roads. There is no fast traffic to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows for walks, bike riding and great stars on a clear night! The coffee shop is an easy walk with freshly made food to order. Bucky's. A nice walk in the evening will show a sky bright with stars unhampered by lights.
