Charming cottage in the Perche, authentic and comfortable house near Bellême

Total change of scenery 2 hours from Paris! Nestled in the countryside, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, in one of the outbuildings of our hamlet, the farmhouse has been restored in the traditions of Perche habitat, with particular attention to bedding! This 120 m3 gite all in stones, lime, half-timbering combines charm with functionality. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, large bedroom with sitting area, bathroom and separate wc. Attic upstairs with two bedrooms, bathroom and separate wc. Furniture found in the flea markets of the corner.
An ideal rental for lovers of nature and silence, walks or hikes, for riders and golfers (18 holes at 10km).
Note: possibility of renting guest rooms in the main farmhouse to rent the main farmhouse (200m2, 3 bedrooms) or to reserve the entire hamlet to organize an event (Max 50 people. 15 people accommodated on site . Many guest rooms nearby

Must be love

I would very happily retire here, or lockdown for a year in another pandemic. The cottage was wonderful, the surroundings peaceful and full of natural beauties. Our hosts were warm, friendly, and very helpful. I loved our stay and was sad to leave.

Cozyness, peacefulness and friendship in the Perche

We had an extremely pleasant stay at this beautiful and very charming property surrounded by pure nature. The traditional houses have been marvelously renovated and the huge garden with a majestic walnut tree and beautiful Hortensia flowers is an oasis to relax. Frédérique and Emmanuel are very friendly hosts which made our stay unforgettable.

Gite superbe

Gite assez loin de la ville chaotique et en même temps assez proche pour un déplacement rapide. Structure merveilleuse, rénovée avec le savoir faire d'un ouvrier d'autre temps avec matériaux et finitions d’excellant qualité. Pièces à vivre bien dimensionnées, très lumineuse, et trés bien équipées. A l’extérieure, pelouse fraiche très agréable et très bien entretenue, exemplaire de plantes magnifiques dont un noyer gigantesque et un cerisier japonais à fleurs splendides. Le tout, au plein milieu de la campagne!!!

A little bit of paradise

What a wonderful haven. The cottage is fantastic. Everything you could possibly need. Delightful hosts who welcomed us and provided all the info we needed. So much to do in the area but if you fancy doing nothing it is a perfect place to stay.

Nous avons passé presque 3 semaines cet été dans le gite de la Lauseraie, dans la maison mitoyenne à celles des propriétaires. L'immense terrain très champêtre idéal pour les enfants et dédiée au gite, la maison décorée avec beaucoup de gout et très fonctionnelle, et le calme apaisant qui y règne, ont fait de ces vacances un très bon moment. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et accueillant. Nous aimerions beaucoup y revenir, nous recommandons vivement !

Calme et Nature

C'est la deuxième année que nous louons ce gite avec nos amis. Idéalement situé au calme entouré de nature, vous ne resterez pas insensible à son charme typique de la région. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les propriétaires très avenants et à notre écoute. L'adresse est à retenir et nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine avec plaisir. si vous avez des enfants en bas âge, le gite est entouré de verdure où ils pourront gambader et s'épanouir en toute tranquillité.

L'été dernier, nous avons choisi La lauseraie pour organiser notre mariage car nous somme tombés amoureux de l'endroit sublime et authentique, et sous le charme des propriétaires.
