This renovated unit is located on the 5th floor and offers 2 full bedrooms with en suite baths and loads of storage closets. Efficient kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave and fully stocked with all eatery items.The living and dining room are facing the ocean. Corner unit with hurricane impact windows and doors with a wrap around balcony that allows amazing ocean views and breath taking sunses. This unit is the ideal vacation rental, with a Flat HDTV, cable and WiFi internet, radio/CD player and local telephone. Our guests just need to bring their clothes and enjoy the best the beauty the unit and island have to offer.

The condo was a beautiful, well maintained, clean corner unit. Paulette was excellent to deal with. She regularly checked in to make sure everything was ok. When we told her that the pots were getting old, she promptly replaced them with a brand new set. We will definitely return!

Views to die for.....

Fantastic location , spotlessly clean, everything you need in the apt - and views from the balcony are just amazing. Fantastic value . Snorkeling from right outside your apt. Fishing from the dock. Swimming in either of the TWO pools....and you can even get groceries delivered to your apt ! Will be back again.

We stayed at the condo during spring break with 2 granddaughter ages 13 & 11. We had a great time. THe view was amazing and the girls enjoyed snorkling off the docks. We rode the local buses into town many times, the first time only to realize that the stores close at 6 and the buses stop running at 7! We took a side trip to The Blue Lagoon and had a great time, swimming with the dolphins etc.

This place was amazing and host Paulette is the best you will find. She was intact before, during, and after our stay. Got to meet her and we all felt an instant confidence with her. The place was just as advertised. Definitely will stay again if it is available.

Clean, quaint, great location, BEST VIEW

What more could one want? Gated community, CLEAN building, CLEAN apartment, rare corner balcony with a sunset view that can't be beat! Beds (full size) were comfy, bathrooms small but fairly updated. Kitchen small and needs updating, but everything worked, it's just a one chef kitchen. Nice grocery store 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. The Poop Deck is right outside the gate and a great place to eat. Nesbits a 5 min walk the other direction. The Blue Sail is also a good place to eat, 5 more minute walk east of Poop Deck. Downtown is a 20 min drive, Jaws beach 20 min the other way. In between excusions, we cooked our own breakfast and lunch and splurged on dinner/drinks and still saved a lot of money. Jitney stop very close too. We had morning coffee on that balcony and at end of day watched the sunset before dining out. AWESOME. Pool was fine, just a little old, didn't stop us from sunning ourselves there though. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will be back.

Excellent location . Paulette was an excellent property manager.

Location was close to everything & the complex was well take care of & private with excellent security. The condo was very comfortable & had good kitchen supplies, towels, linens etc. The balcony had fantastic views!

My wife and me stayed for 8 days in this unit and it was perfect for just the two of us! Plenty of room but not too much. The views you get from the wrap around balcony are amazing! Also allow a wonderful tropical breeze in along with the sounds of the ocean. Quiet community perfect for just a relaxing chill vacation! With a great beach within walking distance. Very happy with the property. Will be back!!

Wow! What an amazing location! Right on the beautiful, clear, aquamarine ocean. Beautiful views on four sides. We would definitely stay here again!!!! Two pools. Short walk to the beach. Great service. Great recommendations for taxi service. Get into the laid-back lifestyle of the Bahamas and enjoy this wonderful place!!!!!

Beautiful views!!

Beautiful views from the balcony. Great restaurants near by and very easy to take the number 10 bus to get downtown. We enjoyed spending the day on the private beach. We had it all to ourselves (four women) and it was perfect. Paulette took great care of us. Made sure everything was perfect for us.

Delaporte Point

Can't beat the ocean view. The beach was beautiful, and relatively secluded with easy access. The property manager Paulette was most accommodating and always available to assist.

Breathtaking 5th floor views, and the sunsets are just a extra

Loved the condo, location is bit farther from cable beach than we wanted. I was hoping to be able to take long walks down the beach, but that wasn't an option here . We love to hang out by the beach, but there weren't any chairs there. Otherwise, the place was great!

Very well kept place and Paulette was an excellent host. Lots of information in the condo about places to see, transportation etc. Property has security and is gated, everyone was very friendly. Great restaurants within walking distance, the Twisted Lime was our favorite.Would highly recommend this accommodation as the location is excellent for the price paid. Cheers, Carl and family

Excellent view, one of the best.

I really liked this place, however there were some issues. One of the two toilets overflowed and it was just after I arrived in the unit. They did fix it on the the second day. Another issue was there were no toiletries in the bathrooms. I was fortunate that I brought some of my own. Paulette the unit's manager was very nice and accommodating. There was a town home right next door to the condo and the pool. They were playing extremely loud and vulgar music in the evenings, so I had to close the balcony's door. Luckily for me I brought my Ipad and Netflix because the cable channels provided were few and far between. I would recommend this place .
