Excellent value villa with communal pool, 5minute beach & golf

Spacious air conditioned/heated villa with communal swimming pool, located centrally in the quite but sophisticated town of Los Alcazares. The villa is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport, and 30 minutes from Corvera International airport. The nearest beach is 1.5 Kilometres away and there are 2 golf courses within a ten minute drive.
There are regular bus services to all the local towns and villages from Los Alcazares.
The villa is comfortably fitted and furnished throughout. and can accommodate 4 persons comfortably, a convertable couch in the living room could fit a child as an extra fifth person. Both the living room and bedrooms are air conditioned.
There are two terraces one an the ground floor and one on the second floor ,there is also a large roof solarium. Access from street level is via a gated and locked driveway. Ground Floor: Spacious living room/dining area superbly furnished and including 32 inch flat screen TV with full satellite and DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, 4 ring hob, washing machine, microwave etc. Bathroom with shower and large under stairs storage area. Large furnished terrace fully tiled with BBQ. Second floor: Master bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Twin bedroom also with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have direct access to a sun terrace furnished with table and chairs. Full bathroom with bath and over bath shower.
Third Floor. Large roof terrace/solarium furnished with sun loungers. The shared pool is less than i minutes walk from the villa, it has an adults and kiddies section. 2 weeks notice of booking is required before guests arrival.

Excellent everything we needed

Lovely house in a quiet area with easy access to restaurants bars and shopping The house is clean and very well equipped including the cot and high chair for our granddaughter Pool is lovely although no real shallow part for babies/toddlers Thank you we will definitely visit again

Convenient and spacious house

Great location four supermarkets within easy walking distance so car not needed for shopping. Many local restaurants in ‘The Square’ also close by. Excellent sized property with probably the largest kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Communication with owner first class. Lots of nice touches like beach/ pool chairs.

Excellent property in perfect location

Excellent property, very well appointed kitchen, clean and bright throughout with plenty of outdoor living space - spacious terrace, balcony and large solarium. Great instant communication with the owner Brenda who is extremely helpful. Perfect location, in a quiet residential street and literally five minutes walk from four major supermarkets. Fifteen/twenty minute walk from the main square with lots of cafes and restaurants and the main promenade which runs along the beach. No need for a car. Bike hire also very easy to book and ideal for exploring Los Alcazares. My husband and I had a wonderful holiday and definitely hope to return here.

Super villa and service

Hi Brenda, Thanks for fabulous stay in your villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the area and use of your lovely villa. December is a great time to visit, it is still warm, lovely walks, beautiful restaurants El Patio and San Antonio and then back to your lovely villa to rest in when your legs are aching! Your welcome note, wine and grapes on arrival were very thoughtful and we appreciated that. Special thanks to Graeme, who was so friendly and helpful and gave us a wonderful tour of the area on arrival, we were very grateful to him. Excellent property

We have previously stayed on the urbanization but this was the best house. It was clean and well located. All three terraces were well equipped with plenty of furniture. There are three supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Within a couple of minutes walk is a Nepalese restaurant and a few doors away a small bar with friendly staff and good prices. The managing agent was very helpful with the check in and check out and very quick to respond to a problem with the kitchen light - they had it fixed with two hours. I happily recommend the proeprty.

July 2008 1 week stay

Mar Menor great for children shallow water, warm when we stayed in July plenty of beach area and clean. Good selection of eating venues in the town which also has some shops and a supermarket. Location very convenient for Airport. We had booked in autumn 2007 and were expecting a private pool which turned out to be a communal pool down the road and around the corner. The description "minutes" from the villa for some facilities/amenities could be open to interpretation and turned out to be many more minutes than we expected. We found beach to be a good 30minute steady walk, too hot to run. Overall experience-unlikely to return.

4 weeks home from home

Property is in a great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Recommend WOK buffet and corner bar. The main 525 strip is fantastic for food and drink. Lovely community around it, spoke to several residents. Nearest point of Mar menor is around 20mins walk. Nearest 'real' sea is about 15 mins drive. La llana is lovely and a nice hidden away harbour with bars and restaurants. Roda golf is great course but cant walk there really. 4 main supermarkets in 5 mins walking. Home was clean although does need tlc but cant complain about price. Lots of outside spaces. Pool is fab, a few residents use it but never too many. Good communication with host. Would return.

Una casa fantástica para descansar, alejada del ruido. A 10’ andando del Mercadona, lidle…y a 15’ de la zona más concurrida de bares. La casa consta de todos los menesteres.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Elle est mieux que sur les photos ! Agréablement surprise d'avoir des serviettes et du linge de lit en plus, ainsi qu'un lit bébé et une chaise haute à disposition. Nous avons eu tout le nécessaire dont nous avons eu besoin. La rue est très calme, et très peu de passage en voitures ce qui est rassurant quand on a des enfants. La terasse du rdc est très agréable la nuit pour boire un verre. La piscine se situe vraiment à 1min à pied. La plage à 20min à pied ou 3 min en voiture. Quelques supermarchés également à 3min en voiture ainsi que beaucoup de restaurants. Brenda a été aux petits soins pour nous et a su répondre à toutes nos sollicitations. C'était top !!

Das Appartment war wie beschrieben sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Pool schön für eine schnelle Abkühlung. leider ist bis auf eine Flaniermeile mit Restaurants nichts was man in diesem Ort sehen oder machen kann.

Excellent holiday, great villa in an excellent location

An overall excellent experience, communication with the owner was first class and the information provided was very accurate. The villa is in a great location, peaceful and quiet, but only 5 minutes walk to pubs and bars. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The villa has everything to make it a home from home experience, very well equipped and very clean. We hope to return in the near future.

good clean villa

stayed in villa from August 9 to 19 2019.it is well equipped and very clean villa.A little smaller than I taught it would be.ideal for 4 people.it has fold down couch downstairs but not very comfortable .the pool is a communal one and is not attached to villa.its around the corner maybe 3 minute walk.its a lovely location but a car is very handy to get to shops and beach.outher than that we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely return to los alcazares.

Fabulous holiday

The villa was great and in a lovely quiet area. There was plenty of room for 4 adults plus our sons who came to stay for a long weekend. The location was ideal as There was an amazing Indian around the corner along with a chinese restaurant, a couple of shops and a bar. Aldi, Lidl and a consum were also nearby making it easy to pick up what we needed. The main plaza was only a few minutes walk away and the beach only about a 10/15 minute walk away. The communal pool was only around the corner and was very quiet especially the first week when quite often there were only the 4 of us there. It did get busier the 2nd week but was never over crowded and the families tended not to stay all day. The only negative from our stay was that there weren’t sun beds available that could be easily transported to the pool. This however didn’t spoil what was a great holiday in a lovely villa. I would definitely look to book here again and would recommend it to others.

très belle maison bien située

La maison est grande et très propre, il y a 3 terrasses !! Elle est très bien exposée car on peut manger à l'ombre toute la journée. La piscine est très agréable, le bassin est profond et elle est peu fréquentée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à los alcazares. La location est bien située pour visiter la Manga, Carthagène, Murcia, Alicante... Je recommande cette location.

Absolutely lovely villa one of the best we've stayed at a real home from home

Everything you need is within walking distance we hired bikes just around the corner from villa for €10 a day to visit mud baths also a good way to explore more of the area.recomend la sambra for kebabs and pizza by the arches portions are huge and inexpensive. Our thanks to Brenda the owner who was very helpful will definitely be back all in all a perfect holiday would definitely recommend it
