MANY RECENT UPDATES!! Peggy Macs/Johnie Macs is centrally located at 2727 Foster in the preferred, family friendly subdivision of Sandy Shores, which is 1/2 mile east of the Big Store. The house offers reasonable rates. Average summer rates (Mem. Day - Labor Day) : $175/wk.night. $500/weekend, $1200,week. Average winter rates: $100-125weeknight, $200-$300/weekend, $600-700/week. Long term rentals are discounted. Just ask! Some holiday weekends have a 2-3 night minimum. One night rentals are available the majority of the year. Situated in the heart of Crystal Beach, this pet friendly (2 max on approval at booking) with fenced area is close and convenient to everything. This well kept 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, will accommodate 6 max regardless of age at any given time, on approval at booking. This guest count includes visitors at any time. Sheets & bath towels are available. The house is equipped with TVs in the den and bedrooms, WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen. The outside deck can be covered using the sun shade sails provided. It has a straight view of the ocean, which is just a short walk away and easily assessable by golf cart or car. Downstairs features a BBQ pit, picnic table, chairs, swing, outside shower, and large lot surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

Enjoyed the stay, right down the road from the beach. Neighborhood has beach access. Loved the fenced in areas for the dogs. 1 downstairs toilet so you don’t have to go upstairs and inside if need be. Peggy and Johnie left clear instructions and stopped by at the very end to see how we were doing. Would definitely stay here again

We had such a great time at this property. It was dog friendly so we could take our dachshund. The Host's were absolutely fabulous to come by and check but not overbearing. I liked them so much I wanted to invite them for dinner!!!

Why they chose this property

While Galveston is just a free ferry ride away, we like the peace and quiet of Crystal Beach. Peggy Macs is located in the preferred, quiet, family friendly subdivision called Sandy Shores, yet centrally located. We enjoy watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck and stargazing at night. And of course, the beaches are fantastic.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location!! Our cabin is just a short walk to the beach and close to anything and everything you may need, whether it's the gocery store, the shops and restaurants, the marina, or the water slide. It's all right there!!! And in the preferred Sandy Shores subdivision! WIFI available.
