Villa on the coast offers an unrivaled sea view and great tranquility

The villa "I Sassi" is immersed in the quiet of the Mediterranean scrub of the Circeo National Park, and overlooks the sea, with an incomparable vast panorama that extends to the east with Gaeta, Vesuvius, the Sorrento peninsula, Ischia, to the south with Ventotene, Zannone, Ponza, and Palmarola and finally to the west with the Capo Circeo lighthouse.

The mild climate and the flourishing nature allow an unforgettable holiday at any time of the year.
The house is far from the road and nearby villas, and offers great tranquility. You only listen to the sound of the wind, the sea and the boats.

The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2016 with the aim of offering guests a pleasant, bright and functional environment.
The entrance and free internal parking are on the Via del Faro. The entrance leads to the house through a staircase in the garden, reserved exclusively for guests.
For this reason, we do not recommend renting to people with serious difficulty climbing stairs.

Guests have at their disposal:
WI-FI with ADSL line,
parking inside the property,
barbecue area with table,
park with Mediterranean flora and relaxation areas.

The property Villa "I Sassi" has two independent houses: the one rented for guests and the house used by the owner-host. The two houses are completely independent and the privacy of each is ensured.

From the house it is possible to reach the sea on foot with access to the cliff of the Grotta delle Capre (400 meters from home) or through other accesses on the Via delle Capre.
From the house on foot in 15 minutes you reach the historic center of San Felice Circeo. Also on foot from home there are numerous walking paths in the National Park.

The beaches are 10 minutes away by car. San Felice beach and Torre Paola-Sabaudia beach.
San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia obtained the international "Blue Flag" recognition in 2018 (and in previous years).

The host owner is available for direct contact with potential guests with reference to "isassidelcirceo" as gmail mail.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön am Hang mit einem wunderbaren Blick über das Meer. Sie ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten kurzfristig noch 2 zusätzliche Personen für einen Tag unterbringen und ein Problem mit der Elektrizität wurde schnell behoben. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Apartment genossen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist so unglaublich schön. Die Ausstattung des Appartements, die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters die Freundlichkeit der Italiener…. Kleines Paradies über dem Meer

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön auf einem großen Grundstück am Hang direkt über der Steilküste. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit dem weiten Blick auf das Meer, Sonnenliegen, Dusche und einem schattigen Essplatz. Die Vermieter leben räumlich getrennt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Sie sind super gastfreundlich, aufmerksam, offen und sympathisch, dabei aber unaufdringlich und stehen bei Bedarf (in perfektem Englisch) mit hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Die hübsche historische Altstadt von San Felice Circeo ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung und das Ambiente sind tatsächlich etwas Besonderes und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni fantastici a due passi dal mare in questa casa immersa nel verde. La tranquillità e la privacy sono assicurati. La proprietà rispetta quanto riportato in foto e dispone di ogni comfort. Gode di una vista fantastica sulle isole Ponziane da ogni camera. Traumhaftes Panorama

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich fantastisch und live noch wesentlich beeindruckender als auf den Bildern. Man ist absolut ungestört und kann doch einfach und schnell mit dem Vermieter kommunizieren, falls das nötig sein sollte. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen!

Fantastic - exceeds already high expectations

The villa is located on a steep hillside offering breathtaking, 180 degrees view of the sea. Truly fantastic and even better than the good pictures in the description of the house. Andrea the owner is very helpful and strikes a very good balance of being available when needed without in any way being too close/present. We had our three young daughters and though families should note the many stairs from the road to the villa, our daughters too loved every minute of the stay. Sandy children friendly beaches with shallow waters a mere 8 mins drive away. We recommend it to anyone who appreciate a quite vacation in unparalleled surroundings. Thank you Andrea for letting us experience your own piece of paradise. Ciao.

Incredibile!

Che posto incredibile! One of the best parts of travelling to Italy is eating at some of the world’s best restaurants, but for the week we stayed at Andrea's, we only went out to dinner one night because the house and its views were just too beautiful to leave! Watching the sunset every night from the terrace was magical, as was waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean. The house had everything we needed and we truly felt like we were at home. Andrea and his daughter were both so kind, we even got to enjoy aperitivo with them one night! The whole plane ride home we talked about figuring out how we can spend more time at this house! The beaches in Circeo were wonderful as well :)

Maison conforme au descriptif de l’annonce et très calme avec une superbe vue sur mer. Décoration simple mais sympa. Terrasse agréable pour profiter du soleil. La casa è spaziosa, fedelissima alle foto postate. La posizione a picco sul mare le conferisce una vista meravigliosa. La terrazza attrezzata consente di godere di cene e colazioni all’aperto vista mare. Unica pecca è il frigorifero troppo piccolo per il numero di soggetti che la casa ospita e la mancanza del forno a microonde comodo per velocizzare la preparazione in cucina.

Wohlfühlferienwohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Andrea macht " the best Pizza ever", molte grazie Andrea. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios. Man kann gar nicht genug davon bekommen ;) Es war eine wundervolle Zeit. Zudem haben wir von hier aus Unternehmungen nach Rom und Neapel / Pompeij / Vesuv gemacht. Aber auch der historische Stadtkern von San Felice Circeo ist wunderschön. Der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und schnell zu erreichen. Es war ein rundum wundervoller Urlaub. Wir wünschen Nicola und Andrea alles Gute und viele liebe Gäste weiterhin. Ciao

Wire hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in einer traumhaften Wohnung mit einem fantastischen 180 Grad Rundblick über das Meer. Andrea und seine Frau sind super Vermieter. Vielen Dank für den schönen Pizzaabend in geselliger Runde. Highlight waren die Delfine, die unterhalb des Hauses an der Küste entlang gezogen sind. Ciao Stefan

Una terrazza sul mare con vista mozzafiato sulle Isole Pontine

Sul promontorio del Circeo , con una vista impagabile sulle isole Pontine inclusa Ventotene Santo Stefano e l'imponente Ischia in lontananza. La casa è completamente ristrutturata, pulita , accogliente e perfettamente attrezzata, ad ogni affaccio si vede il mare e ti sembra di essere su una nave da crociera. Andrea è un perfetto padrone di casa. Questa casa è un privilegio di pochi. Ci tornerò.

Vista unica sul mediterraneo e location magnifica!

La casa e' bellissima è dotata di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno di relax e tranquillità. Le camere sono nuove e arredate in maniera razionale e piacevole. Il punto forte sono il salone con vetrate e il terrazzo che godono di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e le isole. A 10 min dalla magnifica spiaggia di Torre Paola e si San felice. Fare colazione sul terrazzo non ha prezzo. Lo stesso vale per aperitivi e cene al chiaro di luna. Andrea e' il massimo della gentilezza e della disponibilità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Отдыхали в сентябре 2016,но до сих пор находимся под впечатлением этого райского места.Необыкновенной красоты панорама,восхитительный морской воздух!Рекомендуем для небольшой компании 3-4 человек,энергичных и спортивных,так как спуск к морю не самый легкий.Но нам это нравилось!Автомобиль необходим,так как до ближайших магазинов и кафе неблизко.Можно ездить на городской пляж,но мы были в восторге от дикого каменистого берега. Вилла удобная,очень чисто.Нет телевизора,духовки и стиральной машины,но мы спокойно обходились без них. Андреа гостеприимный и деликатный хозяин.Хотим еще раз поблагодарить Вас ,Андреа, за радушный прием и мечтаем вернуться в следующем году! С уважением Сергей,Наталия и Татьяна.Минск и Нью-Йорк
