The guests have at their disposal 2 garages for 2 cars and large outside parking area, illuminated walking path,outdoor area with amazing undercover patio with large dining setting and BBQ, magnificent country and sea views.
Also 5 x 10 m swimming pool featuring swimming against current for exercize and training.

Villa's unique setting offers the perfect starting point from which to explore the Dalmatian coast.

Each terrace have amazing view overlooking either the pool,mountains or the sea and the islands. It gives you the feeling of being part of the beautiful nature, away from everything. Guests staying here will appreciate peaceful surroundings and still ,only 15 min drive to the Historical center of Split with many restaurants,bars, nightlife etc.
Even closer is Stobrec,Podstrana with pristine coastline of the clear emerald Adriatic sea .

Gorgeous Villa

This villa is like a home away from home has everything you need and more, beautiful inside, we as a family of 8 spent most of our time in it at outdoor pool and sitting area which is very sociable. We were there to explore split so would definitely recommend having your own transport for this villa as it’s a little out (5mins drive will take you to main Rd)but worth it for the views. Maggie the host was lovely and gave us lots of recommendations of places to go and eat. Would 100% book this villa again if returning to split.

Family holiday

We had a holiday with another family - 8 of us in total. 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The villa had lots of space for us all. The outside space was amazing - lots of seating, lots of sunny areas but also lots of shade too. The Villa was really stunning with everything you could need to have a wonderful holiday,. The host Maggie was also really helpful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this villa - make sure you have a car though to visit surrounding areas

Split - August 2023

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in August 2023. Maggie kept in touch throughout our trip from the airport, and greeted us at the villa. She also kept in touch throughout our stay, providing us with restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. She was a perfect hostess! The property was perfect - clean as whistle, in a quiet neighbourhood and within a short driving distance of the centre of Split and surrounding areas. The kitchen was well-equipped. All the bedrooms and the living area had air conditioning and mosquito blinds. The pool was a great size and perfect for cooling off in, and it was regularly maintained throughout our stay. The outside dining area was covered which was ideal for us. We have been renting self-catering villas for nearly 20 years, and this villa is one of our favourites!

Perfect holiday home in Split

Our stay was very pleasant. The outdoor area in this villa is insanely beautiful. Megi was very welcoming and helped us with recommendations for us to do in and around Split. The interior of the villa has everything you need; well-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space. Overall we had a lovely stay. Do mind that you need to Uber to Split if you don’t have a hire car. The ride takes about 20 minutes.

A lovely retreat

We felt like we were in our own little bubble, we had such a relaxing stay and had everything that we could possibly need. There was no need to go out apart from to buy food. The place was so well equipped and the owners so helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for more!

We arrived to be greeted by Maggie who was very friendly and informative. We were shown around the villa which was very spacious but it was the outside area and pool that was really impressive and where we would be spending all of our time when not out and about. There was plenty of comfortable seating, sun umbrellas and sun beds. The barbecue and patio area got a lot of use as well. The main roads were easily accessible so we made the most of our rental cars visiting Split several times, Omis, Trogir and Krka national park. We would all love to visit again and stay in this villa as one week is certainly not long enough. Thank you Maggie.

The outside area was amazing with lots of space. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Location was great- we did a lot of trips so great base to explore that part of Croatia.

Owners were very nice, and extremely helpful!! Villa was immaculate, supplying everything you would need and more!! Had huge speakers, amazing view and multiple TVs (with many channels in English)!! I would defineately go back!!

This villa should be your first choice !

We had a fabulous week here. Fantastic views of the sea and mountains, beautiful clean luxurious house and swimming pool - breakfast on terrace overlooking the sea in the morning and bbq with view of the moon going up behind the mountains in the evening. Owner Maggie was lovely and also organised trips to islands and blue caves. Absolutely perfect :)
