Wrightsville Dunes H-3C is a truly fantastic third floor, oceanfront condo on the quiet North end of Wrightsville Beach. Completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2024, this unit now boasts incredible custom designs throughout, and offers a modern vacation space that you won’t soon forget!

As you enter the property, you’ll be stunned by the bright and open living area. The vaulted ocean facing ceiling windows, which aren’t found in most Wrightsville Dunes units, create wonderful natural light in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances and was designed with the flow of family cooking in mind. With its beautiful design, tons of counter space, a coffee station, and all of the equipment you could ever need to create wonderful meals, the kitchen will surely be a popular gathering spot for you and your family!

The two sound-facing guest bedrooms for the property are towards the front of the unit and have a queen bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle, respectively. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the property and gives guests an unbelievable view of the Atlantic to wake up to. This bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a massive private bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a brand new washer and dryer.

The property also has covered parking for 2 vehicles, which is a coveted feature for Wrightsville Dunes properties! With everything it has to offer, in addition to access to 2 outdoor pools and a tennis court, Wrightsville Dunes H-3C is the perfect place for your next Wrightsville Beach vacation!

This condo is beautiful and the layout was perfect. Great kitchen and the view from the primary bedroom is amazing. The beach access is so easy, and the pool is very close. We loved staying here!

View, location and resort beautiful

Condo was clean and spacious. Balcony and sunsets/sunrises were excellent. Nice to have a pool nearby and east beach access. Master bedroom had an insect infestation that left us with head to toe bites. House had a strange smell and humidifier. Guest bedrooms did not have the same insect issue but were less comfortable beds.

It was quiet and had great views from the balcony which, as someone else mentioned, was smaller than others at the resort, but was fine for us. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool and had covered parking.The unit had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable (1 K, 1 Q and 1 daybed). Kitchen was well appointed and the appliances were all new. It was all very cozy. If we could change one thing, maybe clear a little cabinet space in kitchen for groceries, but, other than that, was great.Check-In and Check-Out were easy and rental company was very easy to work with.

However on our last night the water in the toilets turned a dark black and the water coming out of the sink was dark tinted as well. We were leaving the next morning early, so I just reported at check out as there was no point in someone coming out that night to assess. I am pretty sure it had to do with work being done on pipes at the beach, but notification of events like this would be helpful. If it had been earlier in our stay, we would have had to leave.

Message From Owners: The carpet had been cleaned in May before the rental season but by 8-14 it may not have shown. Our apologies!! We have just installed beautiful new carpet in May 2016. Regarding the dishwasher (a high-end Kitchen-Aid) was found to have a few pieces of broken glass that took two service calls to get completely cleaned and functioning properly. We have updated Queen Bedroom with new high quality mattress, bedding, blinds etc. Condo is exterminated regularly and we have never had any issues with bugs/insects unless not utilizing screen doors. We appreciate the feedback, and hope to show our guests a great experience! Message From Manager: I'm so sorry that this guest had some difficulties during their stay! We are always happy to address these issues if a guest reports them, now that we are aware they are being resolved. We have cleaned the carpet, cleaned bedding, and fixed the dishwasher. We hope to have them again for a better experience. CMM

It was easy to get to the beach, as well as to the pool. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies. It had a variety of movies and books. The condo was clean and the linens were provided, which I appreciated. It felt like I was at home. I will rent this unit again. I (and another renter two doors down) did have a run in with the homeowners association. They really take great pride in finding the most minute violation. It is obvious they do not want renters. Though, Intracoastal Realty was able to help me with my issue very quickly. In the future, if a problem occurs, I will just not respond and contact the IRC manager. This would not stop me from recommending Wrightsville Dunes to rent, just a word to the wise.
