It has a bedroom on each floor (independent). two bathrooms, both private but one of them, the first floor, with possibility of access from the room where there is a sofa bed.
Living room with about 30 m2 with equipped kitchenette and balcony on the first floor, terrace on the second floor with about 30 m2.Condomínio with security for 24 hours. Minimercado, restaurant and bar within the condominium itself.

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend. Gute Ausstattung und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert, war freundlich und entgegenkommend. In der Nähe gab es eine nicht überlaufende poolanlage mit Restaurant sowie einen Strand. Die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und weitere touristische Orte waren gut und schnell erreichbar.

Wir reisen schon seit über 20 Jahren regelmäßig nach Murdeira. Hatten auch schon die baugleichen Wohnungen. Eigentlich sehr schön. Diese hier hat verschiedene Mängel. Alle Fenster und Türen lassen sich nur schwer öffnen. Die Beleuchtung in jedem Raum war sehr schlecht. Toaster war defekt. Pfannen und Töpfe mussten zuerst gereinigt werden. Positiv war, dass alle Fenster mit Fliegengittern versehen sind und der Wassertank sodass wir immer Wasser hatten. Auch die Verwalterin Frau Mussolina war sehr bemüht.

Portas e janelas difíceis de abrir e panelas e frigideiras a necessitar de lavagem, devia ter contactado a administradora, falta de comunicação da hóspede. Sei que a torradeira foi substituída bem como as lâmpadas
