It's nice to be on vacation! Just arrived in the villa, you are welcomed by Mario, who will show you the places of your well deserved vacation.
- Ground floor: terraces with garden furniture and large dining table,
- On the same level: 3 air conditioned bedrooms, dressing room, separate WC, bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen with pantry, open to the living room.
- Upstairs: large office room with bed 2 places, the room
with 2 seats, the large bathroom (with corner bath) and toilet incorporated.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito net.
- Outside sunken swimming pool with its large beach, tropical garden with trees and flowers (with 2 carports in the villa).
- In the garden there is a gate with access to the
 Sea (small sandy and rocky cove).

Merveilleuse Vacances!

Nous revenons de la Guadeloupe, du 18 au 25 janvier 2018. Avons très apprécié la location de cette villa. Mario a été absolument très accueillant et a su répondre à nos besoins. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 bambin (4 et 23 mois). La villa bien situé à proximité des plages étaient très bien équipées puis les villes de St-Francois ou Ste-Anne sont rapidement accessibles. Nous sommes habitués de voyager en villa et tout était à notre satisfaction. Nous vous recommandons cette réservation comportant un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Vacances Magiques

Nous étions 4 couples d'amis et nous avons passé une quinzaine extraordinaire dans cette superbe villa ou tout est conforme aux descriptifs et aux photos. Mario nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec le ti-punch de bienvenue. Villa bien aménagée, belles chambres climatisées et au réveil quoi de mieux qu'une baignade à la piscine entourée d'un magnifique jardin arboré et fleuri. Merci encore à Mario pour tous les renseignements qu'ils nous a communiqué et aux bananes pommes offertes le jour de notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et nous ne sommes pas prêt d'oublier ce fabuleux séjour entre amis. Vacances à refaire dés que possible......

Excellent séjour, super, merci

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans cette magnifique et immense maison, très agréable, pratiquement les pieds dans l'eau, et nous remerçiions le propriétaire pour son accueil, très chaleureux avec le ti punch et les accras. La maison est équipée d'internet et satellite et toutes les chambres ont la clim , très appréciables. Je recommande cette location, les yeux fermés Encore merci à Mario Famille MINCEL

accueil tres chaleureux apres un long voyage le ti punch et les accras ont été les bien venu , d'une proprete irreprochable de tres belles chambres une tres belle terrasse ou les repas se prennent avec comme climatiseur la douceur des alizés QUE DU BONHEUR ,la piscine tres propre est en parfaite harmonie avec le super jardin tropical ou sinon vous avez la petite plage a 200 metres a pied (prevoir chaussures plastique) ou avec masque et tuba on y decouvre des centaines de poissons exotiques A VOIR Merci a Mario et Marie pour votre acceuil et je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés maryse et joel LE GUENNEC et la bande

Séjour superbe milles fois merci!

séjour génial punch d'arrivée avec accras délicieux aprés un voyage de huit heures c'était fort appréciable les propriétaires des gens charmants et d'une délicate gentillesse nous avons adoré la maison propre fonctionnelle trés grande tout à disposition concernant la vaisselle les casseroles etc.. internet et satellite appréciable ainsi que climatisations dans toutes les chambres trés belles terrasses dans trois chambres et belles terrasse extérieurs autour de la maison jardin superbe piscine profonde et fort agréables plage de st anne à 10 mn en voiture de la maison que dire de plus allez y !! encore merci de nous tous pour nos vacances ! monsieur et mme delmas
